Is epiphany worth using? I like the idea of being able to spam secondaries for fifteen seconds straight, but I've never been a fan of long-cooldown moves. Thirty seconds is about all I can stomach.

edit: uhhhh I'm hearing scattered reports that it breaks cc and grants cc immunity, is this true? Because if so I'm definitely swapping out Seven-Sided Strike for it

It does break cc and it does grantt cc immunity. I have most definitely made it clear by deliberately getting cc'd and then testing it. You also have increased spirit generation for the duration.

Also the last rune, Inner Fire, gives you some insane damage output. Definitely swap out seven-sided strike. Epiphany to me is the most fun cooldown to use in the game at the moment. I use it in my spec atm and I just destroy any elite pack in T1 while it's on.

I can farm it, just not worth doing at the pace it takes. I prefer to run t4's with group under 8 mins. Very effective. Last night over 2 hours our group took in 45 legs.

Here are my stats:

Profile Dmg: 754k dmg

Elemental DPS: 1.6 mill

Elemental Elite DPS: 2.3 mill (currently 10th overall on DiabloProgress.com) . I have +124% fire dmg and +46%dmg to elites.
*I changed out helms and off hands based on the group and what I need to do. Sometimes I run Andy's.. sometimes GNK.

Toughness with OWE and Seize: 11.4 million (1411/1611 resist depending on helm, 360k hp)

Life per hit: 10k without mantra of healing.

Life Per second: 7k again no mantra

Build:
Cripple Wave:Mangle
Dashing Strike/Epiphany: Your choice
Epiphany: Inner fire (bc this is why I went fire monk)
LTK: Spinning Flame Kick
Mantra of Healing: your choice
Fire Ally/Inner Sanctuary: Forbidden Palace < love this.

Again.. with my current setup I CAN do t6, but blowing thru it is another matter entirely. I prefer my setup and think it runs great with t3/4 runs. We clear t4 in sub 8 min times.

ok I'm 100% sold on epiphany thanks bros

I'm at level 63 and I've got 2.6mil toughness with three escape abilities. Barring some horrible network catastrophe I literally cannot die.

Plus I dropped down to master because I'm a massive pussy

1.5 hours split farming a1 normal, 31 bags, no legendary (not even a shitty one)

was running a bombardment build, got this legendary and switched to a sweep attack build
need more deeps

250k sheet dps (probably way more eDPS w/ your build) + 4m toughness is pretty good to start T1 farming on


especially for crux day 1
