Yup, after more checking it definitely doesn't give more xp to change difficulties between instances. Levelling with t2 quest xp (14 mil a pop, I think) got pretty miserably slow after about level 60, where the xp needed per level seems to rise drastically.
I hope it remains unpatched for at least another day because I would love to drag some friends up to level 70 for once. We always die in the upper levels because we're too gangster to go down below t1 while leveling 8)
I do but casually (as in I'll likely play through the game and dick around in adventure mode/bounty stuff solo or make a hc character)
It seems silly to try to be somewhat competitive since d3 is basically "RNG: The Game" at some point and paragoning comes down to no-lifing and repeating the same trivial shit over and over again. I did it with d2 doing cow run after cow run and the game just got..boring! lol
Not bashing the game cuz it's fun as hell as a first play-through and finding OP drops is dope since it feels like you won the lottery but the skill ceiling in this game is way too low for me to find it interesting. The knowledge/optimization aspect is up there, but pure execution/skill is virtually non-existent.
i do enjoy diablo for what it was kind of meant to be - brainless grinding for higher numbers, so that i can kill demons faster, with higher numbers..
(and getting mad at RNG)
so i can get better gear and kill even faster!
my go-to game for brainless grinding used to be maplestory but now i play diablo and i enjoy it immensely
Never played Maplestory but I'm sure I'd love it (I love brainless grinding too). Just the thought of being able to level shit up in games gets me fired up though
i used to use scoundrel for the freezing crossbow build (buriza do kyanon, % freeze on hit ring + ammy) but i don't know if anybody uses that spec anymore
used to be the endgame spec for all scoundrels, and the lv 24 crossbow legendary for it used to be like 400m+ depending on how good %freeze & %pierce it had
