Maining two INT classes because lazy


Shared the TF and Grandeur, Wiz is only at 83% cold dmg in pic, I can do 103% and 1.2m with his current armory (kredes placeholder+azurewrath) but its toughness dumps to ~5m.

I have a DH at 70 but its derpy, Not sure if I want to work on Monk Barb or Crusader next. Whats the most fun at max level right now? With a semi-decent start/full crafted legendaries.

Got all 6 classes lvl70, paragon 250+ and still no clue how to get decent legendaries or even build something that can clear something harder than T1 without melting in 2 hits or being an invincible punching bag with a baby stick that deal no dmg. TLDR; no clue where to farm and not enough gear to even consider a build. Any help on that would be welcome for any class. Kadala got me nearly everything I have so far, rifts have been useless besides giving occasional forgotten souls and gems etc. I did runs with 100%+ magic find and it didn't really help either.

don't do barb - getting set pieces for each different spec is a pain..

and barbs are seriously weak without set effects (and i mean weak as in weak)


eq spec - cindercoat, devastator+sankis, 3 piece earth set
furious charge - 4 piece raekor, yan pants, tf, soh
call of ancients - 3 piece ik set, tasker and theo

yada yada




@haku: i think that's where a lot of people get frustrated - you go 250 paragon levels without getting a complete cohesive set because kadala doesn't give freaking set items, and there are so many set items in-game that you'd be lucky to find a full set with even mediocre stats

if you want to do rifts but don't want to clear, and have rift key fragments, look into

"Rift It Forward"

basically it's a community where you can join rifts that are JUST before completion, and you ask to join - then you join, get free blood shards and possibly forgotten souls & legendaries from the rift boss

then you open a new rift for them (in payment for free blood shards)

this might be an easy way for you to get some legendaries through kadala, choof
(i'm assuming you have lots of rift keys from act 1 bounties)

Made a Cain's set just to get the transmog, then I realized that, despite the low rolls on it, it would actually be a DPS upgrade because the 2piece is a pretty solid bonus. So I put it on.
Almost got the CDRchon to the point I want. Need to farm mats to spam craft Born's chestpiece until I get one that isn't utter ass, then I need to get a Ring of Royal Grandeur and I'm set.

When I complete that, I'll be down to under 20 second between Archons, 900k dps 4 mil toughness selfbuffed with 64% arcane damage. Not amazing, but the build will finally start feeling like I'm an Archon that occasionally turns into a wizard, not the other way around.

SoJ and Andys would be nice but eh, I'll get those eventually. Then I just get to work on Vyr's set... sigh.

EDIT- Still working on figuring out exactly when to switch between Pinpoint and Prismatic rune for Energy Armor. Obviously depends a lot on what I'm doing; it's about a 50k damage for 400k toughness tradeoff. Also need to work on not using Unstable Anomaly passive so that I can put something useful in there (Audacity!) but I fucking love having two lives, it's so hard to go away from now that I'm used to it ;_;

You wouldn't happen to be trying to follow the 10:1 armor-AR ratio would you? It works great on paper, but in practice you're never picking between 100 AR or 1,000 Armor. (Probably just a coincidence armor is on a bunch of your gear)

Unstable Anomaly -> Blur
Optionally: Astral Presence and Temporal Flux for Conflagration and either Galvanizing Ward or Dominance, and switch magic weapon deflection for ignite (+6% crit w/conflag = Improved Glass Cannon without resistance penalty)

wait - why would wizards need AR anyways? don't you guys already have 800+ from just INT itself?

from what i know, AR has diminishing returns - does it not? (ex. 700 for 66%, 1000 for 70%.. or something stupid like that)

well i have 67% arcane 37% disintegrate 1.3m damage 8.5m toughness (afte runwavering will) and the only set thing ive ever gotten was vyr chest so thats really cool.

i also got a quadfecta magefist on my level 55 demon hunter so im really looking forward to never seeing one again
