Okay.. what the hell.

Did the B2 jump quest so I could train on Jr. Wraiths for a while. I get there, killed about 6 of them, and then all my attacks stop working. I can't even click on any of the stuff in my inventory. Halp pl0x

It can still be sold for like 250m I bet. Maybe the original 300m. Who knows. I don't give a **** what it can sell for. I wanted a useable cape, like at least a 6 luk. Not this ****ing garbage.

Yeah :/ It kinda sucks when scrolling screws up like that. But if you can resell it for a decent amount, the only money issue would be to buy the scrolls again.

Yeah, you and your slow AoE attacks. Look at me, I can hit one enemy for the same damage faster~!

I admit, Explosion is so much better :/ But we're comparing 2nd job to 3rd job skills here.

Well I'm back from my weekend endeavors now so I'll be back on frequently again (not just in a shop that is.) If nothing else Jason, I have 33 mil in sales waiting for you. =P I have work in about an hour so I'll be back in about 6 hours. Lol. I'll give it to you then if you're on. Sorry about the horrible luck. x-X;

One last thing, just to slightly add insult to injury because I'm good at that. You have a 5.0625 times better chance of getting +10 luck than +2. Just thought I'd let you know. ^_~;

So you get more weapon attack from having a +10 luk cape than from having a +2 attack +2 luk cape?

Well 4.5 of that is mine anyways Jordan. I bought the cape luk I had in there cause I needed it.. lol -_-

With my stats at my level, it's around 6.5 luk = 1 atk. So no it's not better. But 2 luk on it ****ing sucks. And it's not worth keeping a cape like that on me bogging my money down. :S

Yeah, lukless mages have it good in MSEA.



Level 75 dagger that adds average 90 magic attack and 50 HP. No luk requirement. The downside is that lukless mages would have to compete with CBs to use this, so the price is probably outrageous. Also, it can't be scrolled for magic attack (like black umbrella can), so that kind of sucks, but it's still really great.

They have this in JMS. And it is only 2 mil in FM =]

Jesus. We have to pay around that much for a normal clean Lama, last time I checked. How much do you guys think my 72 matk +6 int one is worth? I have a good idea, but I'd rather hear what you guys have to say because I'm curious.

Keep in mind, JMS prices are severely different from ours. More exp per monster means fewer kills per level, meaning less money. Tons of hackers leads to mucho inflation in GMS, and the players are well spread across servers in JMS (as opposed to a couple with lots of people and a few with hardly anybody), meaning there aren't a ton of high levels on any particular one, so there's not a huge flow of cash from them. Also, it seems JMS has more ways to battle inflation, such as that million meso stamp that Cam and I think you have to buy to enter the weapons factory. =\

I mean, I've seen +10 capes in JMS selling for about the same as a 60% cape scroll in GMS. It's ridiculous.

Weapons 'Factory' is called Bukiko which is Weapon Storage. Its inside the Mansion, which you talk to コンペイ, and select the 2nd Option. Theres now a level limit to enter the mansion. Its level 50. So yeah. As for the doll. its

Business Man (ピポパ), then Purse Lady (グラコ) then Blue Hair'd Girl in Florina. Do the Jump Quest, Talk to the Blue Hair'd Girl again, Then back to the Purse Lady, and you get an item.

So yeah, level 50 =] Yeeeeee

MSEA had huge problems with bugs and had a rollback. But the new patch also added a TON in the game that isn't unlocked yet. If you look in the thread, that includes a ton of equipment, maps, and much of 4th job. Remember, it's only in the data. It's not yet "released".

The only reason I can figure as to why gMS doesn't have those things in the data is that they want to make people surprised.

You really think it's that hard for them to translate things? Hell, you could probably have one person alone get everything currently in kMS ready to be added to gMS within one day of work. Maybe I'm exaggerating a bit, but I'm sure it doesn't take a month for them to translate a few windows of quest dialog, or text for every NPC in a town.

Anyway, we always know what we're getting before they tell us, because, to be frank, we already have it. Then again, imagine if they just added EVERYTHING in a single patch. What if next patch everything gets added to our data. Imagine the chaos of full 4th job info, Leafre, KFT, Coke Land, Hene PQ, Orbis PQ, everything being added at once. Obviously, it wouldn't all be available within one patch, but it would be a way to add things to the patch without giving away what's coming.

Actually, I would just love to see everyone spazz out if someone is to check the data to find all data that could possibly exist in all of MapleStory translated into English and ready to go, but still locked so we can't enjoy it.

Closest I have ever gotten to finishing the Pap quest. Mind you, we only had 5 people to begin with, so I say it was a mighty effort. The Priest died (we only had 1) and things went downhill.

Afro (PS: what's with the name wtf): From what I've heard, they didn't expect GMS to be a big hit (it's a Korean MMO. How many of those exist and how many are popular in the US?), so they didn't plan on releasing much very fast over here because it wouldn't've been a good investment. Well turns out people here like the game for some reason, so they're understaffed and our game is lagging behind places like TMS and ThMS, which have been around much less time but have more stuff.

But it seems they're trying to catch up. They released all the Victoria maps I can think of like all at once, so maybe they'll add several World Tour places at once next patch and then half of Riprey so we're nice and caught up. But they really need to fix the hacker problem if they want anybody to stick with the damn game. =\
