People on the streets who waste money on mind altering substances do it for one of two reason:

#1: Addiction.
#2: They've made the choice consciously.

I seem to recall hearing about people with large amounts of money and a home, but they still chose to live the homeless life. Honestly, I wouldn't mind it so much if not for the difficulty a true homeless person would have getting food.

Yeah, I've heard people making over $20 an hour(and I'd say that's a pretty amazing rate since it goes nonstop and on weekends) as a homeless person just from things they get on the street, but I'd still hate it to death. I suck at living in poor living conditions, and a street isn't exactly a nice living condition :/ In fact, if I were forced to live in a very low class apartment, I probably wouldn't be doing terribly well, and may go a little crazy. All I ask for is something decent.

What's even worse are people who buy legit accounts for $1000+ and then hack, only to get perma banned a day or two later. XDDDDD

$1,000 is so much money to just have wasted like that. It doesn't matter who you are, $1,000 is a crapload of money to just even SPEND on something like this in the first place. Maybe $100 is understandable to spend and play legitimately, or maybe even $200 if you're on the high end of the stick, but $1,000 AND hacking is simply insane. I cannot see how people can do stuff like that.

Oil is too bloody expensive :/ There is a LOT of oil left, it's just that it's not so easy to extract anymore.

No, that's not true at all. There's enough oil in some small area of Canada that could supply the entire world for 100 years according to a certain thing I saw on The Discovery Channel. The method of getting it is just harder.

So I just finished doing like, my first vkpt ever (I'm fairly certain I've never randomly done a vkpt before o_O). It was a couple of level 88 people recruiting random people, and I was like "you sure you want a fire mage?" but they didn't care. Funny thing is, for vikings being fire-strong I was still outdamaging like half the party by myself. Then again, I was 2nd highest level (highest was low 10X, next person lower than me was like 94), but still. I did a circle at the top (don't do vkpts so I dunno the platform numbers, but I think I went I was attacking plats 1-3) and often would come full circle and kill a big group while the person whose plat I was on was still on the other side killing a different big group. >=D

And I saw a couple videos of 4th job FP mage. One guy wasn't using mist and the other guy cast mist everywhere. The guy who was using mist killed like 3x faster, it was ridiculous. That guy was higher level somewhat, so mist only accounts for some of that (the guy who wasn't using mist seemed pretty horrible at the game), but still, it made a huge difference. The guy using mist was doing basically what I planned on doing in 4th job. He had his summon out and was running around paralyze/misting things. Between paralyze and the freeze from the summon the skelegons hardly ever attacked/moved/did anything, so the guy barely took damage. He did Fire Demon here and there when the summon was about to punch (the only good thing about their slow ass attack is that you have time to cast Demon) and often killed the skelegons by the time he had used just a few moves. They were already poisoned, and it was just like Fire Demon -> couple Paralyzes kills 1 -> Summon punches and kills a few -> Casts Mist and teleports through -> Summon punched another to death as he walked away. It's a huge improvement over 3rd job, but I don't think it compares well to other classes' 4th job skills. =\

If you have an intel based mac, you can get bootcamp and run Windows so you can play MS.

Yeah, now you should probably save up for scrolls assuming that's the best mage weapon we have right now. I don't keep track of stuff they release at all.

There has been an increase in demand for clean codars and I was lucky enough to get one. I already have 1 60% scroll - i'll have a save a few to market and purchase the rest.

I capped my luck at 80 but I'll need to raise it to 84 (+6 luck equips) in order to use it - it's not that bad.
