I'm pretty sure people use Joy2Key without trouble. Whatever you do, though, make sure to try it on a fresh account first, cuz sometimes those types of programs get detected as 3rd-party hacking tools (technically you can make an AC with Joy2Key, IIRC, but most people don't). If it thinks you're trying to hack with it you might get banned for no good reason, so test it on a lesser account first. >__>

I tried Joy2Key. It only registers taps, not held keys, so you can't walk anywhere.

Joy2Key worked fine for me in Kart Rider, with Xbox 360 PC controller. o_O

My guild leader (WWJD4u) is about to hit level 70(69 @ 72%), she's a I/L going Mage.

Anyone want to give me an idea of what skills she should max first and pretty much a good build for 3rd job? Thanks.

Go with Ice Strike right away. Get amp to 3 some time before IS is maxed. Then Booster to 11, then either Comp or TS for Vikings. That should last her a while.

You should get 4 in AMP once Ice Strike has enough range to please you. 4 because the first 4 levels all add 2% damage (the levels after that add 1 or 0 per point). Getting extra range every level helps a ton, especially with Ice Strike, since after a while you'll be able to stand in a big crowd freezing them and not take any damage. Once it's at a range where you have tons of sniping spots and can stand far away and not worry about damage, then throw those 4 points into Amp for a huge damage increase.

Also, I would get Compo instead of TSpear. Spear tends to overkill a lot, which makes its extra damage go to waste. Also, Spear is definitely outclassed by Chain Lightning in 4th job. I haven't run the numbers on compo, it's probably outclasses too, but CL is 10 base higher than Spear and is much faster plus it hits multiple enemies. I think there might be cases where Compo would outdamage CL (like maybe immune to lightning and weak to ice), but there is never a time where TSpear will outdamage Chain Lightning.

But yeah, I'd need max Seal before I could do it without fear. And 28 mist would help a bit cuz of range (I only have 25 right now). Regardless, though, I find Aqua training REALLY BORING. Something about fighting sharks bores me to tears and I'd much rather be at Duals, even if they are half the exp. =\
