I don't spend 200 dollars every month. The comment was related to the fact that I've tried unsuccessfully to charge so many times that if it all counted, I'd be charged 200 dollars or more.

But yeah, I know I've been nagging you about it a lot, but how much do you spend? I'm not asking to laugh at you or something. If you have fun with the money you spend on your entertainment, then that's a wonderful thing.

I have no idea how much I spend.

I spend as I feel like it.

Also, I could go look at my past records, but I'd rather not be depressed to see how poorly I have been spending my money, thank you very much.

Erm, I'm just saying make sure it's worth it <__< I always look back at everything I buy at the end of a month/year and see if it was worth the money I spent on it.

To whoever: Any computer that has IE can't get rid of it. IE is just explorer.exe that is supposed to be used for the internet. You can close explorer.exe, but you can't get it off your comp unless you get rid of windows entirely.

iexplore.exe =/= explorer.exe

The latter is what allows you to view documents and your taskbar. Anyways, if you do use Firefox, there's quite a simple way to view Maple Global's website on Firefox. Download and install the IE Tab plugin. With that, there are two easy methods.

1. Google Maple Story and Right Click on the link to the Maple Global website and click on Open in IE Tab

or

2. Download the NoScript plugin (along with the IE Tab) and just go straight to the Maple Global website. The NoScript plugin will prevent the website from redirecting you to the annoying "Download IE" page, and all you do is click on the Firefox icon on the lower right hand corner to change it to Internet Explorer mode.

The second method is faster, albeit slightly more complicated (but not by very much).

iexplore.exe =/= explorer.exe

Double-click "My Computer". This opens a window of explorer.exe. Now at the top where it says "My Computer" type in "google.com" or something. Be amazed.

They run from the same code. They're not exactly the same thing, but they're almost exact copies of one another. I'd venture to say iexplore is a dumbed-down version of explorer.

explorer.exe can be used to access web sites. If you keep the address bar up in your folder view, you can type URLs into it and go straight to a site without even opening IEXPLORE.exe.

Anyone who thinks you don't need Explorer:

Ctrl-Alt-Del, Processes, Explorer.exe, End Process. See what that does to your computer.

You can just turn it off then back on, so your computer won't be harmed.

Try the same thing in Firefox or any browser and you'll see it's not just that any browser can do it, it's that explorer and iexplorer are just the same thing, they just start in a different mode.

EDIT: To the falcon guy: Yeah you don't need explorer. You can run everything through taskmanager or close both to save resources for some time. I do that quite often. o_O

Your computer donesn't really get "harmed" for ending explore.exe, I do it all the time when I zakum so it reduces programs running so I don't lag as much.
