Honestly Belial is the hardest boss on normal, nightmare, and hell. (Can't really speak for inferno as I haven't completed all the bosses but he was not ****ing easy there either lol)
It's probably a wake up call for you to get enough resists to not be 1shot, honestly.

What resists do I need? I have pretty solid 50+ gear from the AH but haven't got into the dirty details of what I really need.

And yeah, I have a feeling I can beat Azmodan and Diablo no problem (unless they seriously change their behavior, it's pretty easy to not get hit, save for maybe taking random hits during the nightmare part for Diablo).

I don't know what to do when I'm completely surrounded by the green dots vs Belial. I can dodge them normally but sometimes I feel completely screwed. I try to vault out but if there's any lag at all I'm just dead.

Mind you, I'm only 55 so I can just go level up more. Thought I would be ok though because Butcher was easy. lulz.

You should try to always stay moving on phase 3 of belial. The best times to shoot are right after he slams down on the platform because it will be a few seconds before he recovers. For the part where it puts aoe damage all over the platform you should just try your best to stay in the gaps and if you absolutely have to you could potentially use smoke screen. Assuming you are a demon hunter because you mentioned vault.

Maybe if you have your inventory open you can quickly swap to a shield for that part and then swap back so you don't get one shot.

Tonight was fun.
I carried Izzy and Haku through Rakanoth using my cheesy as **** cheese build.


Then Haku and I killed Diablo for the first time
The strat was basically Haku doing 90% of the damage and me in a tanky force armor build doing 90% of the staying alive in phase 2 (harder than it sounds)

Now the real game begins...

I use spectral blades with range, and disintegrate/archon/magic weapon with +15% damage/prism armor with +40 resists for farming shiz.

When I'm doing something that I think is going to be kitey or something new, I put in poison hydra in place of archon and blizzard in place of disintegrate, and I might go for the electropulse that goes in wobbly motions up and down.

Guessing that you are level 53 from your templar's level, so at your level just build whatever the hell you want. Hell can be difficult but it's an enjoyable challenge for the most part (exceptions such as Belial exist)
Basically as long as shit dies then it's working. Make leveling as fun as possible for yourself
Honestly every one of the skills you are using now is decent, so there's nothing wrong with your build at all. Personally not a fan of Wave of Force but I know it is very good in the right hands... I prefer Teleport.

If you want to "train" for how it's going to be in Inferno mode, stop using anything that is channeled. Period.
Run Hydra (probably Venom, or Arcane with the slowing passive) and Blizzard (probably Snowbound). Then use Force Armor (Prismatic if you are really well geared), Force Weapon, and your choice of any two of the wizard's shitty survival cooldowns. Or Archon/Sparkflint Familiar for more damage before you inevitably die.
Arcane Orbs are okay- some people run them or use a signature spell, but you really don't need either. They take up a slot that could be used for more shitty cooldowns.
Honestly I suggest not using this build until it's absolutely necessary, because it gets old really fast and eventually that is the ONLY build you can use, so enjoy your variety while you can.

Im stuck on Izual on normal mode(probably already died 30 times).. yay for a shitty computer that lags so friggin bad(anyone else have horrid lag there? i dont have a great computer but nowhere else in the game have i not been able to literally do anything or dodge, the only thing i can do is just attack then us SS then he freezes me) .. i can get him to like 5% but when he freezes me he interupts me then he kills me :l.. waitin for a couple things in AH, hopefully ill just be able to kill him in less then 5 seconds.. Im a DH lvl 31 lol.. and i know it shouldnt be that hard to just run around and dodge him but with the lag it makes it impossible.. im definetly getting a better gfx card next week...

1. Find a pit.
2. Run in circle and kite him forever.
-if he makes freeze traps go to another pit.
-if he makes adds go to another pit, kite adds and repeat step 2.
3. When he's about to auto-trigger freeze use SS.
Profit.

Everything instant kill me in Inferno and got him down that way so I'm not sure what's wrong for you besides graphics/lag. Oh wait- it's definitely graphics/lag.

btw, there's a glitch to have 2 Izuals in the Izual fight, but I don't think that's going to help you.

I think it's safer to assume Izual is the final boss, from my experience with the waypoint skipping me and some friends (These other friends having cleared Inferno) took 7 tries to get past izual and we knocked down Diablo in 1 try, Izuals minions are BS.

ALso if you're wondering why I was going along with them with my noobiness, 200% clean MF gear, 275 with neph5x :3
