Okay, I have no idea what Diablo is, but I've heard so much about it that I am curious. Does anyone have a guest pass for me to use? I'm afraid I can't offer anything...except FFR credits lol. PM me if you're feeling generous

I would basically recommend illegally downloading Diablo 2, to be honest.
Blizzard 100% does not give a shit about that game anymore, but it will give you a great idea of why people enjoy the general game system so much. If you find you like the general idea in Diablo 2 singleplayer, get the game for real and you will find it's 10x as fun in multiplayer with friends.
That's what got me into Diablo series, at any rate.

I have a lvl 12 barb that I co-op'd with my roommate, he was Witch doctor, then I did a solo monk up to lvl 6. I like this a lot so far.

Lagged me hard before it went down, staying up just long enough to kill me for the first time at the huge fight outside a church or something in this burning town the ferry dude takes you to. So mad.

My barb is only lvl11, but I'm having fun.
