Like, grind2 feels like what would happen if Dead and Direct had sex with Frictional Nevada and had a sick, warped lovechild on crack, and then that child took an epic dump on your lawn. That dump = grind2

You don't need 3 mil for a 1K dps weapon. Maybe like 1.2k-1.4k...
Completely depends on what type of weapon you're searching for. Bows and xbows cost a lot more than, say, 2-handed melee weapons. Like Izzy said, below 1k you don't have to spend more than a mil, but for a 1k 2-hander you could easily get one for 100k or something like that. It's retarded, but that's just how it is.
Downed Belial co-op yesterday, was easy as hell. Took three tries because I screwed up once on phase 3. The third time my barb friend just croaked at the start of phase 3 but it's so easy compared to phase 2 that I managed to solo it without many problems :>
Yeah I'm tryna get a 1000+DPS 1Hander for 1.2M-ish. Not so easy.
Someone make me a cool siggy?

I was having trouble in the tower of the damned/heart of sin because I keep getting lots of soul ripper/lasher rares/champions and bad trait combos on phase beasts (like firechains....95% of the time...)
So I'm pretty much just sitting here farming siege breaker to gear out myself and some friends who have yet to catch up.
Still willing to help anyone thats stuck earlier than me though (Except belial, ^%$@ that guy) Add Jerot#1523 / mention FFR.
When it comes back up would you mind tryna help me finish act 1? Got past the skeleton king and havent bothered with anything since, just been gobo/Danking

Sure just add me (Jerot#1523), shouldn't take long at all. Plus I think you'll find butcher runs are a lot better than gob/dank, and really easy after you get a little gear.
Not to mention next patch making Act 1 drop Ilvl 62/63 gear, it might just be the best place to farm because of how easy it is and how much loot you get compared to Siegebreaker or higher farming spots.
Still feel like Rakanoth Inferno is the final boss of the game, I'm not even worried about Diablo etc.
huehue
I will carry you if you want lmao (maybe i should make you pay me! haha)
It's stupidly simple to cheese as wizard (just boring)
As far as I can tell to do it legit you need enough damage reduction to not get 1shot by his teleport strike and enough dps to basically power down the goddamn adds before they can hit you more than once or twice each. So basically a very rough gearcheck, and fairly anti-ranged boss (just like all the act 3 shit that is anti-melee... ghom, siegebreaker)

Can't even beat Belial on hell.
God damn I suck at this game.
Honestly Belial is the hardest boss on normal, nightmare, and hell. (Can't really speak for inferno as I haven't completed all the bosses but he was not ****ing easy there either lol)
It's probably a wake up call for you to get enough resists to not be 1shot, honestly.
Really worth reading if you are interested in game design.
In the end, it comes down to this: Diablo 2 was addicting because it was exactly like slot machines in casinos, you kept playing it, hoping to win the jackpot.
Diablo 3 is not as addicting, since it's like normal life. You just work all day to gain money (gold) and you buy stuff from the store (AH). Buying is not exciting.
