Anybody run into champs/elites without modifiers (e.g. nightmarish, mortar, shielding) post-patch? I've run into like, five groups of them today. They're clearly bugged out, but also kind of convenient.

They shouldn't have nerfed IAS on legendaries, they were already bad enough rofl.. I'm mad at how IAS is affecting every item, but legendary buff is only going to work on new gear (???)

No, that kind of makes sense to me. The IAS was halved across the board. If yesterday you had an item with IAS, it is the same item today but with that stat halved. Very easy to implement and doesn't leave any items disproportionately buffed or nerfed. It would be much harder to regenerate legendaries or modify existing ones in a way that doesn't break them.

Also, it wouldn't make economic sense to leave old gear unaffected by the IAS nerf. Every pre-patch item with IAS would go for billions. Meanwhile, all the old legendaries just fade into memory since nobody wants them.

how long does it take from scratch -> lv 60 inferno diablo kill on softcore as a barb, solo/2 manning most of the way?

i play around 2-3 hours a day.

About 2-4 months depending on how efficient you are. That isn't a lot of time spent each day so it will take awhile.

how about 4-5 hours a day? krippi just beat hc diablo inferno yesterday on stream and it's been a month so.. i think i could do softcore in 1.5~2 months

or was the ias nerf that bad

No way. I only have like 3X hours on my DH and it's at the end of Act II inferno and I've been derping around in act II.

You will probably need to 2 man or more through Act II + on Inferno to make it efficient though, especially now with the gear repair costs.
