Sounds like they're doing it right.

My favorites:

1) Champ packs not healing back to full
Got a champ pack that is really difficult but can be killed, and then die? MFW checkpoint is 90% the map distance away. Nothing else pissed me off more than that.

2) Legendary Buffs
Most of the legendaries are worth less than blues. Couple that with the lowest drop rates means that most of the time you get a legendary, you don't feel like you actually got something really great. This'll be nice.

3) Weapons
To help give weapons a fighting chance, the raw damage value on all level 61 and 62 weapons will be able to roll damage that extends all the way to the top end of level 63. I really like that. Finally, no more finding an item level 62 with near perfect stat rolls but 300 dps. Also, in that same section, 2 handers will yield better results so I will actually start picking them up again.

invul minions is the only affix my 251% MF (without NV) DH can't survive in act 1. I welcome this patch

if 1.04 patch indicates that blizzard actually wants to have players having fun while playing their game i might go get my account unlocked

but every previous patch clearly indicates that blizzard wants to create an environment where the maximum amount of money is traded through the rmah above all else so i really don't expect anything good

Lack of armors is unfortunate but other than that looks great imo

Those are pretty nice. Shoulders is one of the 300 str roll slots for barbs, plus it has important fire resist and res all, %life never hurts... I'd say you will make quite some millions off that

All it's missing is higher str roll, higher res all roll, MF, or armor really... nice find.

Also, can someone tell me why the shield says it will do more damage than the offhand? Am I just high or what am I missing?
