I sent you a PM; every file only requires one lead judge with a veteran judge assigned to that lead judge.

You may have also noticed that the High FGO Special Batch is now split into Phase 1 and Phase 2 on the Batch Search Engine. As of 10/3/2015 11:14 AM EST the Batch Search Engine has been updated with the following:

          Hard Songs Special Batch
Frictional Nevada (Full Version) [Xtreme2252] - [Sep 30, 2015 9:24] Phase 2 Special Batch Submission

Welcome to Planet Urf (hi19hi19) - [Sep 30, 2015 23:52] May 2015 replacement from Special Batch movements

          In other news:

psychoangel691 is finishing up her notes in Set 2 in addition to TC_Halogen finishing up notes for Set 1. When both of those are completed, the September/October 2014 Batch will be fully complete. I would say a fair estimate would be Monday 10/5/15 in the evening depending on what comes up -- I will provide updates when necessary if this is the case.

One Winged Angel has already played through several of the Phase 1 Special Batch Files, and he will be the main lead judge for that batch under the new system for the time being. I will be the Reviewer Judge. Silvuh and I are working towards the arrangement of files for Phase 1 to judge in order and we will inform which 5 files are currently being judged. This should be happening within the next couple of days, depending on what happens with Silvuh. Note that this does not interrupt the September/October 2014 Batch.

In the meantime I have been preparing training documents for the Web Development Team in addition to getting their development environments set up. This training process will go through at least the middle of next week.

it might be possible that sometime maybe it could theoretically be nearly entirely finished going through the pre-queue to begin post-queue queuing before you die

Dropping an update here: I'm the last judge remaining for this piece of the batch, and I've got 10 files to go -- gonna push to get them done before the day is over (in non-ambiguous terms: gonna try to get them done before 10:59 PM server time).

Feel free to place blame accordingly.

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread v2 [Regular batch: OPEN]

I've been pummeled with a lot of work and things are running a bit behind. However, I managed to do planning this morning, and this is what Sprint 4 looks like:

                    Sprint 4

                    9/30/15 - 10/14/15

Dates in parentheses indicate the expected date to finish by. Completion could be earlier or slightly later.

                    10/6/15 Song Release
                    - Prepare song release (song info, thread, FPP) - Dossar (10/6/15)

                    Judge Hard Song Batch
                    * The new judgment system has been finalized in its first form, so now it's a matter of doing 5-file chunks in Phase 1 after organizing is done. Note that the Pt in the title means 5 files.
                    - Determine order to judge Phase 1 Songs - Silvuh (10/12/15)
                    - Judgment - Phase 1 Pt 1 (Lead) - One Winged Angel (10/15/15)
                    - Judgment - Phase 1 Pt 1 (Reviewer) - Dossar (10/15/15)

                    November 2014 Batch
                    - Organize November 2014 files - Silvuh (TBD)
                    - Judgment - Pt 1 (Lead) - Unassigned (TBD)
                    - Judgment - Pt 1 (Reviewer) - Unassigned (TBD)

                    Passed Files
                    * Dossar already judged the passed Set 3 files on 9/19/15.
                    - Judge Passed Files - Set 2 - ilikexd (10/5/15)

                    Set 1
                    - Finalize Accepted Set 1 Files - Silvuh (10/6/15)
                    - Set 1 Full Notes (3rd notes) - TC_Halogen (10/5/15)

                    Set 2
                    * lurker finished his half of Set 2 notes on 9/26/15 so psychoangel691's half completes Set 2. However, Silvuh mentioned a few resubmissions that need to be resolved.
                    - Finalize Accepted Set 2 Files - Silvuh (10/10/15)
                    - Set 2 Second Half Notes (1st notes) - psychoangel691 (10/5/15)

                    Web Development Opportunities
                    - Set up web development team - Dossar (10/1/15)
                    - Make jade/node document - Dossar (10/3/15)
                    - Create Task Tracking Document for Web Development Team - Dossar (10/7/15)
                    - Make Bootstrap document - Dossar (10/11/15)
                    - Make git document - Dossar (10/12/15)
                    - Put together web development tasks - Dossar (10/15/15)

Both Set 1 and Set 2 are complete like mentioned in the Sprint 4 post, although Silvuh mentioned a few resubmissions that need to be resolved in Set 2. In the meantime he can finalize the Set 1 Accepted and Conditionally Queue'd Files which I estimated would be done by Friday, and same thing for Set 2 (that one requires the resubmissions to be resolved, so that will come later).

It's been 76 days since Gameboy finished zazing his set. I wonder has he forgotten how to zaz already.
