I'm pretty sure the reason there was only 20 files submitted is because there's only been three batches reviewed in the past year.

I'd say a little bit of both.

The admins are really busy with judge applications at the moment. I also sent a file like 2th of June but it still doesn't appear in the list of submitted files.

If you aren't already doing this, you can't say you're stuck. Plateauing doesn't really exist, if you aren't improving it means you haven't put in the effort needed to improve, or your effort has been misapplied. It's more of a problem at really high levels, but never totally concrete.

For an update we have already looked into all the judge applications. I've provided feedback to Silvuh about judges that could potentially be added on the team -- I just need to have him discuss it with me a bit further, hopefully by tonight.

Silvuh and I are preparing next steps for the new judges. He wanted to include some more detailed suggestions for the judges when they get onboard the team.

I understand this took longer than expected and I don't want to go into too many details. However, a PM for the new judges should be coming out within the next two days. It may even be as early as tonight depending on if he's on again tonight.

Yay! Ode for the new judges: Gameboy, Gradiant, Darkstar, and lurker.

Could someone update the submissions list for the current batch?

                              Yay finished stepping a song! I'd say it's a FSO, about 92-93.

I don't have java but here's a graph for you.
