wt? first off, i dont understand your reasoning for saying this, and second, isnt it the same as turning hyperspeed on?

they way I practice is putting the speed up to 2x and keep practicing on that speed and once your getting decent at it lower the speed to 1.5x or 1.25x and you'll do great

The way I practice is playing the song over and over until you get it right

You are suppose to un-maximize your browser window, and the drag the bottom part of the screen up until you can only see half of the FFR game window. Therefore, you can work on getting better reflexes, and you're eyes won't get screwed up by watching a page-full of arrows, instead focusing on the arrows that you are about to hit. If you are going to do this, I'd suggest playing with a 1.0x speed mod or 1.25x at the most, because combining the two can get pretty hard. Starting out slow, and building up you're reaction time is the way to go

try playing on 1.25 or 1.50x speed, when you play on 1x speed you see lots of arrows and start panicking, but on 1.25 - 1.50x you only see less and therefore play better

my advice is to start out on stepmania, due to the unlimited variety of songs and difficulty, then work your way up, and when you get better come back to flash flash, its a much more difficult game.
oh, and always push your limits, if you fail at a song, try and try again, when you pass work onto other songs, don't memorize, just play and go with the flow
