well i can tell you what not to do

dont play ffr for 12 hours a day 7 days a week or else you get carpal tunnel syndrome and have to have a surgery, which will bench you for months while your arm heals

Lol. I tried playing with 2 hands..but I stink. I find that one hand is better for me just for now, because once I get into the harder songs, I am going to need my left hand. Think I should use my left hand now to get used of it for the harder songs? Or should I stick to one hand until I have to use the other hand?

Switch to two hands immediately....

I played for 1 hand for a while, then switched to spread and became much much better

Yea always go 2 hands, theres only so much you can do with 1 hand and while your doing 1 handers you could be getting some more 2handed experience :P Basically with 2 hands the possibilities are endless...

just play your strengths and practice. try out new ways yes try to scroll rates find your best one AND USE IT!

i noticed that if i used three fingers im better with that then two hands...my friend trys to tell me its easier with two hands but i dont think so :/

I'd like to differ actually. When I started 2005, I stopped for 6 months then came back to FFR. After a couple of months I stopped again for a good 2 months and got alot better. Now I am planning to stop or at least play less, that way I can relax my arms a bit. They hurt when I play too much. <.<;
