I need to play more, I have no idea about the current meta but I definitely think a lot of people are overreacting to some of these nerfs and are forgetting what made these things good in the first place.

I just wish the game was out already so they can start adding more cards/ that adventure thing they showed at Blizzcon. Also if anyone added me you might have to again, went to go check dailies and my list was spammed with bots. Jerot#1523


Interesting to see warlock make a comeback, didn't it get some early game nerfs? (People didn't like it pre-nerf...I don't even anymore) And slow-play paladin? I'm assuming its called that because of the rush meta, or is this any different from spam 4?

reach/jerot you guys are both right

the meta was already leaning towards decks to counter freeze mages (namely, slow playing pally and druids that drop heals and big fat taunts 1 at a time in lategame), and warlocks were starting to pop up everwhere to counter-counter the slow-playing pally/druids

current meta you see warlocks 90% of the time in anything below rank<5 but i believe in places near rank 10~25 you'll still see a nice mix of classes (except mages) now.

jerot you should start playing constructed again, the rising in ranks feel really good

Played about 8 hours so far.
Mage level 6
Rogue level 12
Shammy level 3

Having tons of fun and so far Im enjoying Shammy the best (literally just unlocked it)

^Shammy can be fun, but its also probably one of the hardest classes to play consistently. (Blame overload for investing in an unknown future board state and a random hero ability)

Got a triple rag playing challenges with friends the other day, Silly summoning portal/alarmobot/legendaries deck. Double faceless'd vs a Warrior. How can you even deal with something like that as a warrior.

Also played a slow paladin in casual, actually out-powered my deck which is nuts. He did faceless his own Bloodhoof but even then he managed to kill virtually every legendary in my deck and two Gruuls/bloodhoofs from my own faceless'. I might have turned it around if I didn't end up discarding Jaraxxus. Divine shield still OP for trade value I guess.

Not sure what I'm doing for ranked, My paladin deck is definitely out of date and my priest seems to be doing between "fine" to "so-so". Might just copy someones legends deck and mess around with it in playmode to get a feel for how it works.

I think Shaman is really strong but extremely hard to play well. Probably the hardest class. The hero power and overload as an ability are extremely situational and take a lot of understanding of each class in order to play well. I almost never lose to Shaman's and a lot of it has to do with them wasting mana on totems and losing board control because of overly aggressive overloads IMO.

My warlock has definitely been doing to the best out of my decks right now, minus maybe my mage still. Life tap is just too strong.

One of the problems with this game that players face, generally speaking, is the RNG gods. I feel like warlock has by far the least # of problems with rng though because life tap can get you out of so many rng problems. It also means that, once you have board control, you almost never lose it.

Though Druids, if anything, give my warlock deck the most trouble.

Which is why I'm kinda liking Rogue right now. I feel like their decks counter druids really hard. I don't think I've ever not face rolled a druid as rogue so far. Druids are probably strong overall right now because their big minions can win games especially with mages declining and they do really well against warlock, but rogue has so many free win cards against that class.

blizzard sent out a wave of keys to EVERYBODY who signed up for the beta BEFORE today

check your email for 'blizzard' - your key should be there
