    Re: FFR Suggestions

    Not really sure why, but it looks like a thing was added to the game card that displays user ID. Not really sure why this is necessary (I guess perhaps as a sign of how old an account is, but then again we already have member length visible on profiles). I feel like it should be removed, unless there is a good reason for it's existence I'm missing.

        Any reason why though? Seems rather pointless unless there is something I'm not getting here.

            I don't understand it either, personally. There's really no reason to know your user ID, and either way -- if a staff member needs it, they can see your userID simply by hovering over your name in the forums.

                          Re: FFR Suggestions

                          It's probably been suggested before, but the ability to see my perfect combo (the amount of perfects I get before getting a good, average, miss, or boo) would be great. I don't really care about normal combo, I want to improve on getting perfects. With the current system, I can't easily tell when I get goods or sometimes even averages or boos. And yeah, I know there's the thing on the side with all the info on PA, but it doesn't quite work as well; the combo thing currently works great for normal combos because you can easily see it drop to zero from the corner of your eye. You could use the thing on the side for that too, but it doesn't work as well.

                            edit: reading your post, I am almost certain that you are already using the Velocity engine, so I'm either misunderstanding what you are asking, or you don't realize this function yet:

                            The Velocity Engine (found under the FFR Game tab > FFR the Beta) has a built-in feature to display a color-coded combo based upon your current score. An orange combo designates that all arrows have been hit with Perfect accuracy, Green defines a full combo, and Blue is a broken combo. This engine contains many other interesting features, so maybe the upgrade may be worth your while!

                            Additionally, the engine for Veteran users shows a graph of the exact point where you lose the AAA/Combo, but this does not apply to you at this time.

                            The "legacy" FFR the Game engine is outdated and discontinued, and will likely see no future updates to its core mechanics.

                              No I understand that, that's what I've been using; but you can't tell anymore after you mess up once. I want it to return to zero as soon as I get a good, average, miss, or boo and then increment every time I get a perfect. The ability to turn on the accuracy setting for good, average, miss, and boo only might work as well (in other words, your accuracy would not flash across the screen for perfects, only the other ones).

                                Now those are some interesting concepts;

                                A Perfect Combo counter, that resets at anything but a perfect

                                and

                                The ability to hide individual judge hits, such as perfects only, etc.

                                I actually like those ideas, nice.
