OMFG NEXON DOES SOMETHING!!!!!!!!!!!!! And...

HUGE WTF at first. Hmmm... Spencer did say he was quitting PawtucketPat. A minute of research shows he sold the account. By the way, he told me this yesterday... So lol... The guy bought the account and then hacked on it. Why are people so retarded as to throw their money away like that? O____O; I'll find out how much he sold it for in a few.

In a recent announcement, we stated that we will be taking a much harder approach to hacking and other forms of game abuse. We promised that we will no longer be tolerating hacking in any form. We stated that our hacking detection has been increased and our GM presence would be much greater. As many have noticed, we have kept our word. Every day as many as 500 accounts are banned for hacking, spamming, foul language or various other terms of service violations.



Many have seen their individual ranks have increased as those players who choose not to follow the rules get their accounts closed permanently. We have received many emails of praise thanking us for taking such a hard stance on these players who have no respect for the rules or other players around them. We thank those of you who have taken the time to help to improve MapleStory by reporting these violators. However, many of you are still not satisfied. We agree 100%.



There are those violators that hide. Those that think if nobody sees them, they won?t get caught. They are wrong.



Silently we have been monitoring. We have been waiting, watching and recording accounts that have been detected as hacking. Not just by reports, but by our internal hacking detection systems. Today marks the day the first wave of these accounts has been terminated. The first of many.



If you hack, you will be banned.

O_o Wow. Anyways, if you guys ever decide to play jMS tell me cause i'll download it. I removed it cause it annoyed me having 2 maplestories on my computer XD - and the japanese text files slow down my computer.

But its not a problem to install and run it. It only took 1 hour and 20 mintues to download... or something like that, was downloading at 150kbs O_o

Too bad I haven't been on khaini to see any banning notices - I've been on bellocan messing with my permanoob with my friends who are on the server.

Oh, those asshats again. *checks GM blog* Nope, still haven't kept that promise. Silly companies and their silly PR people making us think they're better than they are.

And uh, I've been on JMS here and there lately. If I'm gonna lag anyway, I might as well play in a place where the lagging makes a bit more sense. -__-

Yeah, thats a nice and purty avg Eclipse right there. On other news, would it be worth it to get a black bandana and scroll it? I've been making calculations...

8 W.DEF + 7 W.DEF (if scrolled with solely 100%'s) = 15 W. DEF
8 W.DEF + 14 W.DEF (if scrolled with solely 60%'s) = 22 W.DEF
8 W.DEF + 35 W.DEF (if scrolled with solely 10%'s) = 43 W.DEF

But.... would it be worth it? BTW, I'm wanting to scroll a black bandana with Helmet DEF Scrolls if you haven't noticed yet. The M.DEF addition would prolly be nice too. =P

IAAW: Black Bandanas aren't super cheap if I remember correctly. You want to get a 2int one, which might be kinda expensive. Also, we've talked about this time and time again, but clerics get way more out of scrolling for hp rather than mp. You can easily buy 7 100% HP scrolls from an NPC and have a +35hp hat (which is as good as ~70 wdef and mdef for you). Much better.

That should have been a no brainer there.

A better question should be how do I download and register.

Well, I'm bidding on a +2 int one that's already scrolled. I don't think it's good, since I would rather want HP. My bamboo hat is already scrolled for HP, but I want a scrolled bandana that has a good def amount that I can scroll 10% HP scrolls on. 10% HP scrolls are probably expensive as hell; but worth a shot I guess.
