Actually, I was doing it wrong, because if you put X+(Y times Y) in my calculator, you'll get Y squared, which sucks.

It says my max damage on fire weak monsters is 3,124. I think that may be a little low by like 50, but that's good.

Says my minimal damage is 2,203. I guess that's about right.

Says my damage next level (+5int +2amp): 4694 ~ 6306

Any level I believe. The only requirement is that you have to have a person under level 30 in your party. You can have up to 12 people in there from your guild in one GPQ.

Especially if you come across someone like me that tries to scroll overall for a few more HP.

I might buy it. I still need to scroll a red oriental fury with HP so I can get rid of my anakamoon.

The most I've seen one sell for ingame was about 20K, and that was only once.

Well i got my goal of 25 tonight. Got a scroll for overall armor def 10%, anyone know what thats worth? Im hoping for 30 by tuesday at the lastest.

That'd give me 2,981(and 2/3) magic damage as a maximum. If that's without the 1.5 boost, then that's too much. If that's with the 1.5 boost, then that's too little. Putting a 1.5 boost on that would make it nearly 4,500, which just isn't happening. Without the 1.5 boost, that'd be low by a few hundred.

Turns out enemies have magic defense.

Not enough to change 4,500 damage to 3,175~ on a level 60 monster.

I get 3,225.

You're doing it wrong.

357 * 0.8 = 285.6.
+1 (luk/4 = 1) = 286.6.
/16 = 17.9125
*180 (120 + 60) = 3224.25

So you're saying that the Grupin's 210 magic defense only lowers my damage by about 50?

Man, it really is useless. I thought it was at least 1 damage per defense.

I figure the difference between a panlid and a fence is about 1-2 damage, then.

Magic Defense is even more worthless than Weapon Defense.

Enemy defense is even more worthless than your own.
