ps basically anyone who i'd have to make that clear to i wouldn't really want submitting anyway

some people who are rising-up stepmans that have never submitted to a pack before might not know what types of files theyre looking for.

saying i only want people who know whats going on is stupid as your giving pretty much no chance to uprising steppers.

this isn't your chance to take advantage of a judging system to improve yourself as a simfile author; obviously i only want quality submissions and 100% of the time those come from people who know what they are doing in terms of making pack-worthy simfiles

you missed my point, i wasnt saying that you should judge some new persons files so that they can get better at stepping.

there may be an extremely good stepper that nobody knows about, and has only ever stepped songs for themselves, then they see this, want to submit, but you dont let anyone know what type of files your wanting.

thats like hiring somone, telling them to work, but not tell them what to do.

bolth mannn gnr probably shouldve directed you towards the first thread when you asked about difficulties since buizel had made it clear what kind of files he wanted in there

he probably thought you had already seen it

Here are some of the rules for this pack:
~ Files must be at least a difficulty of 10 or more. If it is borderline, I say send it anyways. If it's just a little bit too easy, well oh well you tried. If it's like free space or some sh*t then you are going to get made fun of

a 10 is probably like a high VD in ffr terms

just send your file. generally any kind of pack that doesn't have a set theme (like kirby pack 2) is an "anything goes" kb pack.

ps willing to judge. stepman resume:
xoon 2, kirby 2, judged **** for stepman idol when it wasn't dead, not mentioning my ffrcp1 file because i hate it and it sacks.
