Some future ideas to consider would be getting some small groups put together to help move the team along as a whole.

Some examples:

Graphics - Small group of people who will design banners for new members and current members. Would include other team graphics if we ever need anything besides banners, haha.

Tournament Organizers - Small group of people who will help work with the other teams to organize and manage future tournaments.

Division Sorters - Group of four or five people to help place current and new members into appropriate divisions. Would work with the tournament organizers if there are divisions needed in tournaments.

We could also make a thread for each group in that new forum to make things easier. Any thoughts and suggestions?

I think, if new reqs are going to be implemented, there should be multiple ways for a person to get into a certain division of the team. Something like:

Beginner - requires 150 FC's OR 20 AAA's
Intermediate - requires 300 FC's OR 50 AAA's OR 30 TP's
and so on.

I'm not suggesting those numbers; I just made those up really quickly. But this way, we could have a wide variety of different "skills" in each of the divisions.

Wow i missed a lot while I was at work. Ok if it is fine with you Hammy and DJ I would like to put to vote the use of the private forum. I know there are a few TB members there already and I have a member list with their ranks already posted. I could give the team leaders the ability to edit the post as needed. I could make every TB member an account so all they need to do is login and they will be able to view the forum right away.

Now that DJ is back we should really start thinking about finalizing where people will be placed regarding divisions. I have looked through the posts here and I have noticed that there are quite a few subs here so it could be put to a majority vote or just have DJ and Hammy get together and have a lil pow-wow.

P.S. if parts of this don't make sense it is because I am exhausted from work.

As I said before, you may create your forum and do whatever you want with it. I'll be sure to let all team members on it. As for finalizing each division for each person, that'll take a little more time.

Currently it is up and running for all members. If it would make tings easier I could add each member. All I would need is for each member to PM me te password they want to use and I will take care of everything else.

I just made an account on your forum. I did a little update on the divisions (made some more names blue and moved a couple around) to get that going along a little quicker. I'll probably just get that "Division Sorters" group put together so the rest can be finished up. What I want out of that group is at least one person from each skill level in it. Five people total should be enough to get accurate results while having a majority vote rule if necessary.

I can be the person from the master division in it. Kjwkjw can be the person from expert if he wants to. (I consider him to be at an expert level at this point.) Would you want to be the person from intermediate, Norsegod? Dean Machine would work from the beginner level if he's up for it. I'm just selecting some people that I believe will give some good reasoning when figuring out where people belong. All we need is someone at the advanced skill level.

If anyone disagrees to these choices, feel free to state your reasons. (I hope this idea is fine with you, AirWave, haha.) If any of them don't want to be a part of the group, I'll take volunteers. Right now I'm taking volunteers at the advanced skill level.

Hammy, I think the Division sorters is a great idea. I won't be listed in any of the divisions though since my job is to keep this team up and running, not to actually play in the tournies (unless needed to).
