I bet that there are well over a thousand players who have crap ranks just like yours that could kick both our asses. That is my point. Maybe you shouldn't be turning people away just because their ranks suck. By all means, if they have good ranks, let them in. But I think that everyone should be given the chance to prove themselves regardless of their ranks. If they suck.....well, that's kind of the end of that, but maybe they're good? Maybe Team Blue should be the team that isn't a bunch of pretentious assholes......that's why there's team black. We also shouldn't suck, that's why there's team red.

- and you may feel free to challenge me. I'm not out to sound like I'm amazing or anything, I'm far from it. But for argument's sake, we'll call it Team Blue practice.

I won't. I need not. If he doesn't want to associate with the rest of the teams, here, and turn them down--that's on him. But I didn't really appreciate him saying that our team "sucked ass" when his team has only been around for a couple of days, while TC has been around for a long time. =l

Also, by setting a cutoff of only rank, you are allowing a ton of gamewhores on your team who probably can't even do higher than a 10 or so. I'm not trying to be rude or anything, but you need to take this opportunity of recruiting really seriously--it is seriously the first time that I have ever seen such an interest in clans. If you want to throw it away by acting like a bigger person because you assumed responsibility of a clan, that's on you.

I know that AirWave is only speaking for himself with his opinions and not for the whole team. Some decisions he has made has made me think twice about my position on this team, but I'm hoping we'll get a leader with a better choice of words and a better system of running things. Just hope for the better, Halogen.

I don't mean to be offensive with anything. I'm just saying that there really needs to be some improvement with a few decisions and the attitude if this team intends to last.

I totally agree with you. There are a few things that need to be changed. At least the first good thing that Tb has done was created their forum. That does help out a lot for organization--that's the reason why I created TC's forums a little under a year ago.

I actually think that you would make a very good leader for this team. I agree that we don't exactly have the best policy of accepting players and that we need to make it more stricter. You probably already have some ideas about how to improve Team Blue.

This is my thought on Team Blue as a whole. We need someone who has the time to sit down and think about what direction this team should go in. Team Blue also needs someone with some leadership experience. I mean no disrespect to DJAirWave but from what I see this is the first time he has ever been actually in charge of something this serious, in my opinion this is the first time he has ever been in charge of anything. I do not agree with what DJAirWave said about passing on the leadership position to the best person. I think it should go to someone with some real leadership experience. Now I am not saying that I would be a perfect candidate but I do have some leadership experience from my time in a military academy so I know how something like this should be run. All I am doing right now is pointing out the flaws in the way DJAirWave is thinking.

if you're going to bring military academy stuff into this, i'm enlisted in the united states army and went to basic combat training last summer
