I feel 2 leaders would suffice. We need someone who has experience and someone who is really good at this game, so we don't seem like failures. We also need something to prevent people who can't get a AAA on excite bike to get it. We, as team blue, should take pride in our team. In order to be in team blue i feel you need at least 2 level 5 AAA's and 1 level 6 AAA. If they don't have ranks like that that how in the world would they be able to make it in the beginner division. Ive seen people in the beginner division that wind up AAAing level 7's. These teams are for tournaments, not just for fun. We want to better ourselves and also better each other.
Mina would make a great co-leader because he is respected among the elite of FFR. As for a person who can run a tight ship i lost. I do have experience running a team on a forum, it really isn't hard. Whoever winds up running team blue my advice is to just listen to everyone if 10 people have the same view on something, its either lose 10 people or do what they feel would work. Just because you have the title of leader doesn't mean that you can ignore everyone in the clan
