Seeing as how we're needing to get at least DJAirWave, Halogen, and/or TC_llama involved in this discussion, maybe we should just talk about it on the forums instead? It actually may be better that way because everybody can give their input before the leaders make a final decision.
Do you want me to put it under the design selection? That is, if you wouldn't mind taking requests from people who may want to use it. Seems good enough to be an option for people.
20 Hour Whore, BigMacAttack, and TK_Buddha~ can all join. (As long as AirWave approves as well.) We may put up a beginner division again if none of you guys fit in at least intermediate. We probably should have a beginner division when going up against Team Red since they don't have any requirements to join right now.

I'd rather have people ask me if they can join within this thread, and I would also rather respond to them within this thread. I cannot be responsible for giving them banners right away because I wouldn't know which design they would like. They will have to choose the design they want after they join. If the designer behind the option they choose doesn't notice their request right away, I can help notify that designer. I'm also keeping track of a list (this post as usual) of people who need banners, so any designers can check it out at any time. Any members who need a banner, make sure to let me know which design you want so I can label your request appropriately.Comment

I wasn't sure if the designers wanted to get pmed for requests, but that works too. I'll actually state that in my post that you prefer to be messaged that way when taking requests. If any of the other designers would prefer this method, let me know and I'll state it in my post.
AirWave, you should put the design options in the first post so people have a better idea of where to find them.
