I SUGGEST A TRAINING GUILD FOR TEAM BLUE

In case someone is not quite good enough to get into team blue there could be a training guild. The training guild would hold members who could not AAA maybe challenging songs. As soon as they get good enough they are able to join team blue. It will make them want to try harder to get in and in the training guild they can compete amongs themselves to try and get into team blue. Sound good?

No. If there not good enough then they should try harder to join rather than you guys saying, "Ok we'll accept you so no other team can but you suck ass so get better and we'll move you up a spot"

Also, this team is already x2+ bigger than almost all the other teams. I actually think for a tourney to work, you guys might need to stop recruiting until we figure out how this sh!t is gonna work.

You're in red, so you're currently still up for debate. We're working on sorting everyone out in the Team Blue forum. =P

In a post of mine awhile back, I talked about swapping players during rounds so everyone gets a chance to participate. If needed, we'll do that. That will be talked about during the tournament discussion.

Also, can you post in here what your idea is for a tournament? (I suggest in this thread because it's been getting the most activity.) Better to do it on the forums so everybody on all of the teams has an idea of what is being planned. It'll allow for more discussion and more ideas, and it should be easier that way instead of trying to find a time where all of the leaders can be on AIM.

Since you mentioned it i'll work on that

People in intermediate should be able to AAA Very Difficults, and people in advanced should be able to AAA Challengings and some Very Challengings. Sorry, but you'll have to work on it. The requirement as of now IIRC is to play a VC and get no more than 4 boos and 2 misses. I don't know if it changed though.
