I want people to let me know which dates would work best for them for starting a tournament. Here are some dates that I had in mind:

Any day from Friday, March 27th to Saturday, April 4th and any Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, or Sundays after that. (These are dates that should work with my upcoming class schedule.)

Once the majority agrees (or there's a lack of disagreement) with one of these dates, I'll go ahead and make a thread for sign-ups.

I also want people to throw in some nominations for a member to be a co-leader. You may also apply for the position if you want. Nexus and I will go over the nominations/applications and compare them with our own thoughts later on. I'm hoping to have a co-leader chosen before the tournament begins.

April 4 sounds like a good day to start the tourney. I don't think there's really any need to make it start later than that, if sign-ups start very soon (because only Team Blue members will be playing anyway).

Also, I might be able to help as a co-leader. I can't guarantee I'll be on a ton though, so having two co-leaders might be a good idea. =)

So we have one in favor of April 4th. I need some feedback on those dates from more people. The more people we have participating in the discussion the easier it is to get this tournament organized and ready to go on an earlier date.

I'll probably get the thread started up during this next week so members can sign-up. I'm aiming for the tournament to start on some day between March 27th and April 4th since there isn't an overall preference for a specific date.

Nexus, you should stop by the Team Blue forum on Norsegod's site if you want to keep up with more of the tournament discussion. I also need you to pm me with your opinion on which people you think would be an appropriate co-leader.

I'm in L.A. for the weekends, so Hammy would be on his own for the first couple days, but I get home on Sunday evenings and I will help out then.

This first tourny will train this team for the big tourny against Team Red, Black, and Chaos.

Since I'm basically caught up in my share of the bills and rent in my house, I'll be with this thread again. I'm also going to take my current sig, master it, and distribute it to anyone who wants one.

So for sure, I'm back. Yay ^^

What I plan on doing is creating a separate account to run tournaments with. It would be shared by Nexus, myself, and the co-leader(s). That should help in situations relating to updates when a leader of sorts would have to be temporarily inactive. (Such as Nexus on weekends. Also, the updates should happen more frequently with at least three people having access to the main post.) I would make sure to let Sprite know about the account in advance so he knows that qualified people are running the tournament.

I forgot to ask what people want for round lengths. I was thinking three days, but would you guys prefer more time between rounds? (I don't want to go over five days.)

Depending on the size of Team Blue the round lengths will differentiate. But upon looking at tournaments, I've observed that three days is more than enough time for each round to last.

Also, due to confusion, and a bit of a talk in the Queue thread, I can't go by Nexus anymore. Just going to stick to either my FFR or real name.

Sign-ups for the tournament are open once Sprite approves the tournament thread. I told him about it a few hours ago so he should be getting to it later today after he wakes up.

AirWave, I tried sending you a pm with the TeamBlue Coordinator account but it didn't show up in the "Sent Items" group under the private messages section. Either the pm never went through because the site was acting funny or it'll pop up later for you. If you still don't see it by the time you see this post, let me know and I'll resend it. It'll have the information about the new account. (Password, e-mail associated with it, etc.)
