Re: Team Blue!!
rofl, I'll consider it.Originally posted by mnnicolTeam Chaos doesn't require you to AAA a FMO. You just need to get a fairly good score on them. You can get in with a SDG on LWI, LWIV, Strangeprogram, etc.
And you'd more than qualify bro...so join us
Apology in advance for advertising...but I want Gundam in TC lol
Might try some songs tomorrow if not another day. But for now, I'll stick with Team Blue.
//late edit
Submitted a score. If I get accepted, unfortunately I'll have to depart from Team Blue (Sorry guys
)

Re: Team Blue!!
I just noticed this. I don't really know much about what qualifies a person to be in a certain division. I agreed with one person being at least an inter because I saw a few scores that took a lot of skill to do that I'm nowhere near capable of, but I have no idea what the difference between an advanced player and expert player is or even where to draw the line between beginner and intermediate.

Re: Team Blue!!
I has idea.
Set certain requirements for each skill division.
List like 5 reqs for each division and have to meet at least like 3 of them to reach that skill division. Such as X avrank, unlock X token, have X tier points, reach X mp level. You get the idea. I dunno, sounds like a pretty just way to go about placing people, and adds some fun to people trying to reach the next skill division.Comment

I don't know what Hammy's/AirWave's/the other division sorters' views are though. We (the division sorters) are actually in the process of discussing requirements/placement, on the other Team Blue forum... and we have a rough draft of 2 requirements per division for three of the five divisions as of now. But the thing is, a player would have to meet both of them to be in a certain division.
So we would need to do a little editing to those requirements if your idea is to be used.Last edited by kjwkjw; 02-9-2009, 04:19 AM.

Re: Team Blue!!
With a lot of heads banging against walls we have come up with a pretty fair way to determine who goes where. With the way it is setup adding more requirements to make a list to choose from would be pretty easy to do. Personally I like the way it is but there is always room for improvement I guess.Originally posted by HammyMcSquirrelSystem for determining placements: (Currently under construction.)
Expert Division:
1. AAA two songs with a difficulty of 67+.
2. Get a score of (10-0-0-0) or better on any song with a difficulty of 76-78, OR get a score of (20-0-0-0) or better on any song with a difficulty of 79-80.
Advanced Division:
Possibly:
1. Have a AAA on a song with a difficulty over 50.
2. Have five VD AAAs.
3. FC a song that is considered to be a moderate to heavy VC [71-75] with minimal mashing. (Less than 30 boos.)
Probably:
1. Have two challenging AAAs. One of them has to be on a file with a difficulty of 60+.
2.FC a FMO with 100 or fewer boos and a PA of 8:1. (Perfects:Goods.)
Definite:
1. Have at least three Challenging AAAs, one of which being on a song with a difficulty of 65-67.
2. Have at least an FC on a song with a difficulty of 76-78 and have a PA of (15:1) with minimal mashing (Max: 50 boos), OR have an FGO FC with 150 or fewer boos.
Intermediate Division:
1. Must have an AAA on a song with a difficulty of 28+.
2. Must FC a song with a difficulty of 70+ with under 20 boos.Last edited by norsegod666; 02-9-2009, 08:07 AM.Comment

Re: Team Blue!!
Maximum number of boo's allowed should be x% of total notes in that file. A set value that is the same for every single file doesn't really work as well. For the 71-75 with minimal mashing, I'd say 6 or 7%. As for the FGO FC, I'd say 10%.
For the 76-78 with 15:1 PA with minimal mashing. If you have 15:1 PA, there's no reason to have 50 or more boos at all. I mean, a file with 1000 notes would end you with 934p & 66g. Having 50 boos with 66 goods doesn't even make sense to me >_<Comment

Re: Team Blue!!
Well this is still a work in progress and is constantly being reviewed in the team blue forum. On a side note i have watched someone play FGO songs and get pretty decent PA but have over 1000 boos.Comment
