Even if blu and jx like the simfiles, Tass still has to do the final judgement.

blu and jx judge simfiles based on quality, while Tass has authority to judge on opinion. If Tass banned a person permanently, it's obviously gonna be harder for the banned person's song to pass onto the queue list based on fact that he/she's had conflicts with FFR.

As for people who don't have an account, they don't have a direct relationship with FFR, meaning that they don't have issues with other people in the FFR community, therefore the song is easier to pass.

All this is my opinion, but that's how what happens with Tass and those who are banned. Correct me if I'm wrong Tass.
