You don't need to be able to play FGO charts to a D6 level to judge them. It helps you be as thorough as possible, but that is by no means a requirement. That would be like shutting out someone who does nothing but make amazing work and knows their shit, but is only a D1 player. It just doesn't make much sense to me to even have such a rule.yo i wanted to ask when is niala getting replaced as a judge

Also, don't take this the wrong way, but the idea of who is most qualified varies between peoples. Niala is a perfectly fine judge. Rogdor I have yet to honestly see judge anything, so I have no clue how capable he is to be honest, but by having looked at his charts he'd be a good judge too I imagine. Would like to see him get a chance in the future. /my 2 cents on that
Also, you may want to update the OP with the judge list and such :/ It'd be nice to sort of know who's on the judge teams. <3Comment

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread v2 (Batch #1 complete)
that's exactly what he sent lmao
I think this time around I'm gonna do simple notes and when I finish with those, I'll do full editor notes. Throwing it out there now, whenever notes are posted, anyone that wants fully detailed notes can message me for them.

except niala came out of nowhere and started judging
I really can't think of a reason why he's a judge lol

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread v2 (Batch #1 complete)
Go look at his review for Robotomy. It is riddled with subjectivity and an obvious dislike to the song. He gave it a 1/10, which should not be possibly unless the file is offsync, which it clearly isn't. The rating was entirely unfair and not called for, so that should be sufficient reason to not be allowed to judge.
I know people are probably going to disagree with me, but given the facts, that's the way I see it.
YOUR THROBBING MULTIFARIOUS LUSTFUL DESIRES ARE COMPLETED N YOUR HYPER-ORANGE SELF, YOU MAKE ME LOVE AGAIN, YOU'VE CHANGED MY HEART, MY MELANCHOLIA DISAPPEARS WHEN YOU ARE INSIDE OF ME, MY HUMAN RAGE IS TEMPERED WHEN I AM INSIDE YOU, THE SECRET IS COMMUNICATION, LONGEVITY, STAMINA, REPETITION, FURY, SOULFUL KISSING, EARPLUGS. You know, I don't know if this has ever been asked, but what makes a judge? What does one have to do to either get experience and or learn to judge anyways?

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread v2 (Batch #1 complete)
for once i think this is gonna be a positive nice post
this is 100% on point even though I don't agree with it in context
being "qualified" for the position of being a Judge is pretty subjective on the surface, but when you break it down it should have at least 3 requirements:
1) you have to have at least 1 file in-game or in-queue
2) you have to have at least like 6mon of experience
3) you have to show you possess the ability to judge fairly and with as little personal bullshit as possible (this would be a sorta "after the fact" requirement. like a thing you could get kicked off for etc)
that said I've yet to see a review from naialialai or whoever that I felt was actually well written and in all honesty their position as a judge does bother me, but I'm not gonna raise a stink about it because at the end of it all the way the judging process really works it's best not to get mad about shit and just keep resubmitting until you get it in lmao
honestly i'd love to judge and think I could make a pretty good influence on the quality of the charts, overall, in game. that said I've said some pretty inflammatory shit both on and off the forums so if there was doubt as to my quality as a judge i wouldn't be surprised lmao.
I've done preliminary judging for mocher's FFRCP pack and a bit of judging for LCP in the past though so w/e
