Just step whatever you want. Who cares about the ratings you get from the judges. If it was rejected because of song choice, then derrrrpp... Life's unfair. I have been constantly told that piano files are not suitable for FFR, but who's to tell me what to step. It's that simple guys.

Probably if it's something like A Sloth's Song (it was a submission made in a previous batch and I think it had 2-3 seconds between each quarter note). Otherwise there is nothing wrong with piano songs.

Robotomy can stay away from FFR, shit song and shit chart (at least the one I played on SM was, highly doubt touching it up was going to make it any better)

Just want to respond to this part of your post: I'd rather play easier charts than many harder charts (FGO+) that are currently in game. I don't agree with the "challenging" reasoning if it's going to be a chart that most players won't like.

the thing about robotomy is that it's basically the penultimate "Too Deep For You" file

which to be totally honest considering we're talking about a computer game where you see colorful notes and hit your keyboard like a fucking ape to weird music isn't something i should say, this is a goddamn game

objectively speaking it's on sync and the notes are accurate
subjectively speaking it's whatever you want it to be who cares
it was submitted and whoever's judging will judge how they want i guess, even though i'd argue rejecting a file for song choice is pretty bullshit
