It's related to one judge not being able to do reviews. Needless to say, I've organized two other judges to review them to quicken the pace a bit. That's as much as I'll say.
Absolutely not, as we'd like to reduce the bias as much as possible. It's very easy for unfinished judges to look at someone else's notes and say "oh dear, I think I rated that file too high/low - lemme take a second look at rerate them again".

I think what they're asking is release the notes from groups b and c but keep group a until the two judges finish what needs to be judged from group a. There won't be any bias because none of the files in group a are in groups b or c
