Updates from last week:

Batch
- Early update this time around because I'll be busy in the next few days.
- The April 2017 Judging Applications are finished, and we now have two new judges: James May and trumaestro.
- July/August 2016 and September/October 2016 are now finished, leaving the November/December 2016 and March/April 2017 batches remaining for the Regular Batch Periods to judge. Currently November/December 2016 is in the process of being assigned.
- Conditional Queue still needs some updating, so I'm planning on getting to that after my interview Wednesday next week. I'll be taking a break for a bit.
- The May/June 2017 Regular Batch Period is open for submissions.

Batch
- trumaestro finished November/December 2016 Set 4.
- Only Set 3 in November/December 2016 remains to be assigned now.
- Conditional Queue has been updated as described in this post.
- The next step is to finish November/December 2016 and then possibly continue Songs of the Week on Sunday, June 4th. I'll be going to Anime North from May 25th through May 28th, so next week there won't be a weekly update; however, the plan is the same.

Updates from last week:

Batch
- trumaestro and James May finished their assigned sets, leaving only Set 3 remaining in November/December 2016 and that is the set that will conclude the 2016 Regular Batch Periods.
- June 2017 Judge Applications are now open. You can find more information in the thread.
- Bi-Weekly Songs of the Week might resume next Sunday. More information on this should come later in the week if that is the case.

- The plan is still similar to the previous update, although I've been hit pretty hard with sickness. This week I'm going to be occupied with recovering and ramping up at my new job.

Batch
- Bi-Weekly Songs of the Week has continued. The most recent release thread can be found here.
- Judge Applications for Phase 1 end on the 30th for anyone else who is interested.
- gameboy42690 is done with his Pending Fixes, although some of them await review by another judge due to a special case.
- When it comes to Pending Fixes, I might be able to get to those this coming weekend. I'm getting back up to speed in terms of health.
- At some point in the near future there will also be files for the public engine with the 2017 regular batch files, as the active sets subforum only has one active set left from 2016 (the last 2016 set).

- Judge Applications for June have ended. Congratulations to Wayward Vagabond for re-joining the judgment team!
- Concerning my review of gameboy42690's Pending Fixes, I'm hoping to get to those Monday or Tuesday.
- The charts for March/April 2017 are now on the public engine. You can see the four sets in the Active Sets subforum.
- Because of the low number of submissions for the May/June 2017 Regular Batch Period, those submissions are being rolled over to July/August 2017 which is now open.

- I'm going to be taking a break from judging files for at least a few weeks. My focus is on a few other side projects at the moment and I am moving into a new apartment this week so I am pretty busy this week. I do want to clarify that this will not stop the Bi-Weekly releases.
- I finished my assigned pending fixes for 6/12/17. You can see the notes here.
- March/April 2017 is in the process of being assigned.

I moved in to my new apartment and my internet connection installation has been delayed for several days. I'm going to give an update next week as by then I should have a working internet connection. The July 22nd Release happened on Saturday.

Updates from last week:

Batch
- Finally I have internet at my apartment!
- March/April 2017 Set 2 was assigned to James May, who technically has finished the set but with a [PASS] that needs to be resolved by another judge.
- March/April 2017 Set 3 is assigned to DarkZtar. This leaves Set 1 and 4 unassigned for that regular batch period.
- Concerning the Batch Search Engine, it has been updated with the recent releases and accepted files. If I missed something, please let me know. Note that July/August 2017 is open for regular batch submissions.
- I've planned the next two Bi-Weekly Releases and I'm going to be on a hiatus for several weeks to do a site redesign for Crossover Spectrum and possibly the Batch Search Engine; I'm definitely going to seek cheaper alternatives for hosting and this will be my primary focus.

The update for this week is basically the same as last week. The August 5th Release happened on Saturday. If you want a sneak peek at what I've been working on, you can see this preview video for my Crossover Spectrum site revamp. Eventually I'm planning to do something similar to the Batch Search Engine site.

I made some more progress on the Crossover Spectrum site revamp and it's giving me more confidence about the possibility of revamping the currently Bolt-based Batch Search Engine site. The next song release is planned for Saturday, August 19th. I also want to mention that the July/August 2017 Regular Batch is open until August 31st.

By next week I might be able to deploy the revamped Crossover Spectrum site! There's also Champions of the Coast happening next weekend so I'll also be occupied with that. DarkZtar completed March/April 2017 Set 3 and the August 19th Release was done.

I wasn't expecting to get back to a friend's house on Monday at 3:30 am from Champions of the Coast and still not be home, so I'm very behind in many other things right now. I'm focused on catching up and postponing this week's Song Release.

My goal is to go back to normal weekly updates with the upcoming weekend, I just really need to take a step back and plan out how this is going to work.
