When it comes to the regular batches, what's currently being wrapped up are initial judgments for the Early Release Special Batch. Goldstinger currently is an associate judge that has looked at both Set 3 and Set 4 (in the June section) and those reviews are receiving feedback from me to polish them up, which initial feedback was provided for Set 4.

The 12th Official Tournament signups are currently open, and the current queue of Accepted file submissions is being reserved in the meantime.

In terms of the queue as of July 27th:
- Accepted has 37 files
- Conditional Queue has 2 files
- Pending Fixes has 6 files

The Early Release Special Batch is complete and the results of the last two sets can be found in this post. PMs were sent to the stepartists whose files were put into Conditional Queue.

For the Pending Fixes that were sent as of August 4th, they were all accepted from Goldstinger.

Round 1 in the Official Tournament has also started. Follow the OT thread for more details.

The January/February 2018 Regular Batch is getting judges assigned to clear up the four sets. For information on these four sets, see the Active Sets subforum.

Regular Batches are now open again! September/October 2019 has been opened today, and you can find more information in the thread.

I will be in Cape Cod for this entire week, although in the near future (and if there's downtime) I will consider developing some sample different layouts for the FFR Batch Submission Site in an effort to eventually deprecate the current BSE site (which is separate).

The September/October 2019 Regular Batch is open until October 31st. Note this will not be reviewed with the public judgment system so please see the thread for details.

All files submitted to the September/October 2019 regular batch that have been submitted thus far have been downloaded and will be put into sets to receive judgment. The batch will remain open until October 31st.

A new special batch has been opened to gather holiday-related theme files. Checkout the thread for details.

Gradient has taken over judgements for set 2 of Jan/Feb 2018, Gold stinger has taken over set 3. Set 1 and 4 are complete.

I've also started cleaning up and adjusting the submission rules thread. Information should be mostly up to date now, but will still be making some edits to format and check for any other outdated information.

The September/October 2019 regular batch is still open until October 31st 2019, and the Holiday Batch is open until December 1st 2019.

January/February 2018 judgments are all complete; you can see them in the Completed Sets subforum.

Because the BSE is out of date, it is recommended that anything not submitted to the new batch submission site is checked in this thread for Conditional Queue and Pending Fixes files.

The November/December 2019 Batch is open until December 31st, and the Holiday Special Batch is open until December 1st.

And of course, be on the lookout for some more song releases to come!

September/October 2019 Set 6 has reviews. See this post for more details.

Holiday Special Batch Set 2 also has reviews; see this thread for more details.

The 12 Days of FFRMas have started. Check this thread for some contests as the song releases also happen.

The Holiday Batch is closed. Nov/Dec 2019 is open until December 31st.

The Official Tournament 13 Special Batch was opened and submissions are accepted until June 14th. See the thread for more details, as it has some extra guidelines.

For September 2019, several sets have file updates:
- Chronostasis in Set 4 got a 7/10 rating.
- The passed files in Set 6 got judgments.
- Fast Fissure (Atomhead Remix) in Set 3 got a judgment.
- Floating Point (Drumcorps Remix) received a judgment.

All September 2019 sets are in the Completed sets subforum as of now.

The threads for November/December 2019 have been created in the Active Sets subforum; there are 5 sets.

As announced in the 02/04/2020 song release, there will still be weekly releases on Tuesday but 3 files instead of 5.

StepCon signups are open until February 9th, 11:59 PM.

I will be away for two weeks as well.

The January/February 2020 Regular Batch will be closing in a couple of hours.

For the November/December 2019 Sets:
- Set 5 received judgments from TC_Halogen. Summary and Notes.
- Set 1 received judgments from goldstinger. Notes and Summary
- Rebirth will continue with Set 4, and bmah will be a backup if further help is needed.
- Set 3 is still assigned to Gradiant, and Set 2 is assigned to James May.

Submissions for StepCon are over and voting will end on March 3rd, 11:59 PM server time. You can find more details on how to vote in the thread.
