Updates from last week:

Batch
- psychoangel691 is helping me prioritize Conditional Queue for subsequent rounds in the 11th Official Tournament. On that note, the regular batch won't be reopening until after the Official Tournament ends, as the song releases are focused on weekly rounds in this point in time. This also means regular batch conditional queue fixes are low priority at this point in time.
- The ideal plan for the last set in the hard batch is that it can be finished next weekend, although I can't guarantee that. I will however make the effort to communicate how things are going.
- "The Castle" was resolved, making the January/February 2015 Batch done.
- I'm actually a little behind in my academics right now, so I'm focusing on helping with file preparation for the Official Tournament.

Updates from last week:

Batch
- Two new rules were added to the public judgment system. One is about primary judge assignment without requiring at least 3 user reviews for each file in a set, and a time window for sending changes to files before their release.
- TC_Halogen finished the Reviewer Task for the last set in the Hard Batch, and the file conflict is something I'm planning on resolving early this week.
- Set 1 in March/April 2015 is assigned to bmah, although Sets 2 and 3 are still being determined. That's also something I'm planning on resolving early this week.
- Most of my focus this week is reviewing for a final exam Wednesday and Thursday. I'm still keeping my time invested in file preparation for the Official Tournament, especially with prioritized files in Conditional Queue.

Updates from last week:

Batch
- Last week was an important week for my summer academic courses and now my availability is a bit better.
- The file conflict for the last set in the Hard Batch should be resolved in the first few days of this week (Make The Fire Burn).
- bmah finished Set 1 in March/April 2015, and the other two sets in that batch were assigned. See this thread for more information on the results and primary judges in that batch. It is important to note that links will be provided to the review posts so reviews are posted in one place as opposed to two.
- Gradiant was assigned to May/June 2015 Set 1. The regular batches March 2015 and on have a small number of sets, so catching up on that should be better. Judgment on regular batch files is low priority with the current 11th Official Tournament, although it is still running.
- I'm handling multiple simfile-related projects right now so I'm actually "judged out" in a sense, so at the very least I'm going to continue with file preparation for the 11th Official Tournament (on that note, I hope it's been going well for all of you!).

Updates from last week:

Batch
- Gradiant finished May/June 2015 Set 1. There is now only one more set left in that batch, and Gradiant is also assigned to that one.
- gameboy42690 finished March/April 2015 Set 2. There is one more set left in that batch. Set 3 is assigned to DarkZtar.
- The High FGO Special Batch is now finished with the completion of Set 4.
- A Batch Search Engine update hasn't been done for over a month, so I went and put forward many changes to make it more up to date. It's still missing a few things, although the changes made can be seen here.
- The regular batches will reopen when the Official Tournament ends. Judging for the regular batches is still going.

Batch
- I was originally planning on getting to Odd22 and Wizdomiot, although those have a lower priority right now. There are some pending fixes that currently have higher priority.
- DarkZtar was planning to wrap up Set 3 in March/April 2015 tonight, although if not it will probably be early this week.
- Last week mostly consisted of working on other projects, wrapping up my last summer course, and preparing Official Tournament files. I'm not going to list preparing Official Tournament Rounds in the "Done" section as that's an ongoing task that lasts throughout the tournament and it relates to files currently queued.
- In terms of the direction of the regular batch, only one set remains in both March 2015 and May 2015 -- after those two are done, we're at July/August 2015.

- Wizdomiot Pending Fixes were reviewed by TC_Halogen and I reviewed the Pending Fixes for Powerflux (both currently ingame as the Round 6 files in the 11th Official Tournament). I'm continuing to help with preparation of the Official Tournament rounds.
- DarkZtar finished Set 3 in March/April 2015, and now that batch is finished.
- The May 2015 Batch only has one set left that's assigned to Gradiant, so I've reached out to the primary judges to see which ones can be assigned to the July/August 2015 batches.
- The regular batch is currently at a good pace; relatively soon there may be the threads created in the Active Sets subforum for the January 2016 Batch.
- For those of you interested in the large volume of files that have received judgments in the past 10 months, you may want to read this post.

- This coming week I am focusing on preparation of the final round of the 11th Official Tournament.
- Every set in July/August 2015 is assigned, and Set 3 was finished by gameboy42690.
- Giving a reminder that the regular batch will reopen after the 11th Official Tournament ends. Submissions since March 1st this year will be considered in the reopening of the regular batch. More details to come later.

- Last week was focused on preparing the final round of the 11th Official Tournament.
- When the 11th Official Tournament is over, TC_Halogen is planning to make a post concerning updates to batch submissions.
- When the 11th Official Tournament is over, the regular batches will reopen. However, I am still determining what course of action to take when it comes to putting together user submissions since March 1st.
- The Batch Search Engine was updated with the results from July/August 2015 Set 3 and the 11th Official Tournament releases from Round 5 to 8.

Batch
- It may be interesting to note that there are now 52 weeks worth of updates at this point in time (i.e. it's been a year since the first update!)
- Gradiant completed May/June 2015 Set 2, finishing the May/June 2015 Batch.
- The regular batch reopened at the end of the final round of the 11th Official Tournament. The submissions from March 1st to August 19th were included in the July/August 2016 batch which will be open until August 31st, and then the regular two-month periods will continue.
- September/October 2015 has three sets with two of them currently assigned. Gradiant is doing Set 1, and DarkZtar is doing Set 2.
- There were 9 additional files that received fixes and were moved from Conditional Queue to Pending Fixes, resulting in 19 files as of now that have Pending Fixes.
- Adding to the above point, I've also provided the original judges with the Pending Fixes to look over.
- TC_Halogen has drafted a post about batch submissions, although there are still revisions taking place. It will probably be up within the next few days.

- These next few weeks will be hectic for me as I move into my senior year at university. This first month in particular I'll have to focus mainly on my senior project (proposal is coming near) and other academic commitments.
- gameboy42690 finished looking over the Pending Fixes files that were assigned to him, although there are a few files he wants me to look over. I should get the currently Accepted list out of those up soon.
- Gradiant completed September/October 2015 Set 1 and is assigned to Set 3 in that Batch Period.
- The Batch Post from TC_Halogen is almost done -- it's still being revised to make sure the process of file submission as well as rules are much easier to understand.
- On the above note, this week I'm mainly going to focus on how Submission Rules can be updated for clarity with TC_Halogen. There are also some other user inquiries that I have to get to.

- I updated the Pending Fixes that were Accepted by gameboy42690 described in this post although there is one outstanding file I need to look into.
- I've sent out assignment requests to the primary judges for November/December 2015. More information can be found in this post. The post also details some BSE updates that verify the November 2015 Batch only has the 8 files mentioned in the Active Sets threads. gameboy42690 is assigned to Set 2 in November 2015.
- DarkZtar completed September/October 2015 Set 2. That batch period has one more set left.
- bmah completed July/August 2015 Set 1. That batch period also has one more set left. bmah also reviewed the pending fix assigned to him; that review will be given back to the stepartist in the next day or two.
- January/February 2016 was updated with 5 more files that were previously missed, putting it at 22 files.
- The Active Sets subforum looks considerably smaller now so the January/February 2016 threads should be coming sometime in the near future as well. The January/February 2016 files were sent over to psychoangel691.
- TC_Halogen is busy with some other commitments at the moment. In the near future look out for some posts that relate to submission rules.

- There is a new Submission Rules thread to combine the two judgment system threads with the Queue/Batch Discussion Thread.
- psychoangel691 created the January/February 2016 threads in the Active Sets subforum, we're close to finishing up the 2015 batches. On that note, we're close to starting January 2016!
- TC_Halogen finished July 2015 Set 2. That Batch Period is complete.
- Gradiant mentioned he should have September 2015 Set 3 done in the next few days.
- November 2015 Set 1 still needs a primary judge; gameboy42690 has Set 2.
- 7 files remain in the Official Tournament Batch to be judged according to TC_Halogen. psychoangel691 is also updating the BSE in regards to conditional queue (on that note, please check your PMs to see if you've received any concerning Conditional Queue files).

- The next two weeks for me is going to be focused on some research related to my senior project and my project proposal, so my availability will be limited mostly to the regular batches for the time being.
- Adding to the above note, several Pending Fixes files were assigned and/or reassigned as described in this post. DarkZtar accepted the update for The star hill.
- The notes for November/December 2015 Set 2 are now up. This leaves September 2015 and November 2015 both with one set and then 2015 is finished. September 2015 Set 3 will probably be finished in the next few days; someone needs to be assigned to November 2015 Set 1 though.
- TC_Halogen finished the remaining files in the Official Tournament Special Batch.
- Remember to check your PMs for any Conditional Queue files that don't have fixes sent yet. Note that 42 files still have no fixes and/or appeal.

- November/December 2015 Set 2 notes were posted.
- Gradiant completed September/October 2015 Set 3, finishing that batch period.
- November/December 2015 Set 1 is assigned to Gradiant. On another note, that's the last set for 2015 and then that year is done.
- gameboy42690 finished his 4 assigned Pending Fixes and DarkZtar accepted The star hill.
- Primary judges are being assigned to January/February 2016. Currently DarkZtar has Set 1 and gameboy42690 has Set 3.
- For those of you who haven't seen it yet, the Token Special Batch was opened. You can find more information about it in that thread.
- Several new topics arose that aren't covered in the Rules/Submission Guidelines and I'm working on addressing them this week. It directly impacts the Aggressor pending fix that I had to review as well, so I'm blocked on that until I can discuss these topics with the other GMs. Updates on the Rules/Submissions will probably come later this week, so stay tuned (this sounds vague now, but it'll make sense later).

- Songs of the Week has resumed with the September 30th release of three songs.
- Three new rules were added to the Rules/Submission Guidelines, which were the new topics that I mentioned in last week's update. As of these changes, Aggressor from DarkZtar in November 2014 will be discarded and DarkZtar will be reimbursed for another file submission.
- DarkZtar finished January/February 2016 Set 1.
- gameboy42690 is near complete in the primary judge task for January/February 2016 Set 3; those notes could be up in the next few days.
- Gradiant is finishing up November/December 2015 Set 1; on my end, those notes might be up tomorrow.
- The assignments for January/February 2016 will be ongoing for a few weeks depending on judge availability.
- After discussing with TC_Halogen, the batch submissions post will instead be changed to addendums to the Rules/Submission Guidelines.
