Updates from last week:
- Set 3 Notes finished by lurker. Now all three Sets need one more set of notes.
- The last set of notes for Set 2 have been split up and assigned to lurker and ilikexd.
- Silvuh will not have access to a computer until September 3rd, in which he can start judging Set 3. The last set of notes for Set 3 might wind up being assigned to myself and Silvuh (split up similarly like Set 2 above).
- A new concept of a Batch site is in progress and a live demo should be available within the next two days. This demo is meant to retrieve feedback from stepartists to further define improvements for the concept of a Search Engine that will allow stepartists to quickly search for their current submissions and how many judgments their files have received.
- The Special Batch for 89+ difficulty files is still under discussion, and it is planned to open by the end of this week. The songlist for currently submitted files that fit the criteria for 89+ difficulty will be posted within the next two days.
- Changes in the Judgment System have been discussed between the GMs, and a new system is still being developed to improve the old system.

Updates from last week:
- The Batch Search Engine has launched in its first version and still awaits feedback for improvement. Length and Notes fields for the Song Submissions have been suggested to also aid stepartists in determining whether the currently documented submission is not the song cut that's being used or if the submission doesn't have the right number of notes.
- The High FGO Special Batch has opened for submissions.
- Length and Notes fields for the High FGO Special Batch are being considered, although is low priority for now. blanky has been contacted to add a potential extension to his NPS Generator program for exporting song length and difficulty out to a file.
- The last set of notes for Set 3 has been assigned to Silvuh.
- The last set of notes for Set 1 is still assigned to Razor although due to lack of responsiveness Set 1 will be reassigned to DossarLX ODI.
- The last set of notes for Set 2 are still being worked on by lurker and ilikexd.
- A new Judgment System is in the works and an agreement with the GMs on its initial concept is planned to happen within the next three days. this new Judgement System will be applied to the High FGO Special Batch and the old system will no longer be used after September/October 2014 is finished.
- The 9/8/15 Song Release is being determined. After that release, two more files will be available in the batch and thus September 2014 is currently the highest priority -- the assigned tasks are mentioned above.

Updates from last week:
- Silvuh finished the last set of notes required for Set 3, and after applying the curve 15 out of 22 files were accepted with several files going into Conditional Queue. Then Silvuh and DossarLX ODI will work towards finalizing the accepted list by mid-week (planned for latest at Thursday). The queue will no longer have two more files after this.
- The last set of notes for Set 1 have been reassigned to DossarLX ODI.
- lurker is 33% done with his judgments on his half of Set 2; DossarLX ODI will be taking over the second half. This is also the last set of notes required for Set 2.
- The High FGO Special Batch will be sticking with One Winged Angel and DossarLX ODI as judges for now.
- The New Judgment System has been discussed between the GMs and is currently being refined into a more formal document. Revising this new system took longer than planned, so it'll still require several more days (at least the middle of this week).

Updates from last week:
- Set 3 in September 2014 has finally been finished with the passed file being judged, and the results are posted here. Reviews have also been posted in the Batch Review Thread.
- Planning can be found in this post.
- Web development applications have opened up and remain until 9/25/15.
- lurker is 83% done with his judgments on his half of Set 2. DossarLX ODI will be working on the second half of Set 2 after the reviewing web development applications.
- Set 1 might be split up between lurker and DossarLX ODI. For now it is assigned to DossarLX ODI.
- Finalization of the New Judgment System is planned to be resolved on 9/21/15.
- Judgment for the first phase of the Hard Songs Batch is planned to start Friday 9/24/15, so stepartists should send in any updates to current submissions by that day. The High FGO Special Batch will remain open past September -- more details to come on this. Judging for September/October 2014 will also still be in progress when this happens.
- DossarLX ODI will contact noname219 for more information about possible web development scenarios for the applicants who are accepted.

Updates from last week:
- The Web Development Applications have been reviewed and six applicants were accepted. For the next few days DossarLX ODI will be focused on preparing the next steps for the accepted applicants.
- lurker finished his judgments on his half of Set 2. psychoangel691 has been assigned the second half of Set 2, and when that is completed then Set 2 in September/October 2014 is done.
- Set 1 was reassigned to TC_Halogen, who currently has 12 out of 23 files judged. When that is completed, then Set 1 in September/October 2014 is done.
- The first version of the New Judgment System has been finalized.
- Plans changed for the High FGO Special Batch. Phase 1 submissions ended Saturday 9/26/15 at 11:59 PM EST, and Phase 2 is currently open for submissions (stepartist submission counts are reset to zero for Phase 2).
- Judging for Phase 1 in the High FGO Special Batch is planned to start the middle of this week at earliest. It will use the New Judgment System.
- The Batch Search Engine tasks have been put aside for now as they are low priority.

Updates from last week:
- The accepted web development applicants will be referred to as the Web Development Team here. The developers have their environments set up.
- Training documents will continue to be created for the Web Development through the middle of this week. Setup is still in progress.
- For an update on Set 1 and Set 2 for the September/October 2014 batch, both psychoangel691 and TC_Halogen were sidetracked from a few other events, so it may take later this week to get their notes in.
- Silvuh and I are organizing Phase 1 of the Hard Songs Batch to determine files to judge 5 at a time. Within the next few days, either Silvuh or I will contacted the appropriate stepartists through PM about the order of the files in Phase 1 of the Special Batch as of the new judgment system.
- Sprint 4 planning is overdue I will handle that tomorrow. That time period covers 9/30/15 to 10/14/15.
- While there is still no end date for Phase 2 submissions in the High FGO Special Batch, it will last through at least mid October.

Batch
- The big update is that the September/October 2014 Batch is finally done after a year of limbo. All of you deserve a sincere apology for having to wait that long and you've all had great patience.
- The New Judgment System is put in place now for the future batches. Silvuh has put together a rough draft of the High FGO Special Batch Phase 1 Ordering which I will be reviewing the next couple of days, and then judging 5 files at a time can start Thursday -- each set of 5 having their own subtasks.
- Sprint 5 Planning will be done tonight to map out what the next two weeks will look like for the Batch. That time period covers 10/14/15 to 10/28/15.
- The November/December 2014 Batch needs to get its file organization done before judging that regular batch can start, and that most likely will be going into next week. Updates will be posted in the Queue/Batch about this.
- Submissions for Phase 2 of the High FGO Special Batch will be open until October 31st, 11:59 PM Server Time.
- Submissions for the September/October 2014 Regular Batch will be open until October 31st, 11:59 PM Server Time.

Web Development Team
- Web Development Tasks are still being determined. I am potentially considering making the Batch Search Engine Open Source as another development opportunity in addition to FFR Wiki Tools, although that's still not set in stone.
- The Bootstrap/CSS training document was finished and around mid-week I'll be creating the git training document.
- The training documents are planned to end this week as the development tasks are determined and distributed to the team.

Batch
- Sprint 5 Planning was done. From a high level view, the next week and a half will focus on judging Phase 1 of the High FGO Special Batch, starting judging for the November 2014 Batch, and establishing an Official Tournament Batch.
- The ordering for Phase 1 of the High FGO Special Batch has been determined.
- All six judging documents have been created for Phase 1 of the High FGO Special Batch and One Winged Angel has provided reviews for 4 of the 5 files in the first set, and has been assigned subtasks for the next 10 files.
- Silvuh has provided bmah with the November 2014 songs to establish genres. He's currently blocked on the ordering for that batch until that subtask is done, although he can determine other factors in the meantime.
- psychoangel691 has started determining files to reserve for another Official Tournament. An ambitious goal is to have the next Official Tournament start later in December this year, although we can't guarantee that right now.
- psychoangel691 is currently defining the criteria for submissions for an Official Tournament Batch.
- Submissions for Phase 2 of the High FGO Special Batch will are still open until October 31st, 11:59 PM Server Time.
- Submissions for the September/October 2015 Regular Batch are still open until October 31st, 11:59 PM Server Time.

Web Development Team
- Training Documents for the Team have been completed.
- The Batch Search Engine is now open source.
- Web Development Tasks will be assigned later this week.

Batch
- Notes for Phase 1, Set 1 of the High FGO Special Batch have been posted. Phase 1 has 6 sets, 5 files each. Set 2 will continue into this week.
- bmah finished retrieving genres for the November 2014 Batch and Silvuh has a first draft of that Batch Ordering. Dossar will be looking at the ordering in the next couple of days, and the process to determine judges for the 10 sets will begin.
- The previous week didn't turn out well for psychoangel691, so she is still setting up details for the Official Tournament Batch.
- Submissions for Phase 2 of the High FGO Special Batch will are still open until October 31st, 11:59 PM Server Time.
- Submissions for the September/October 2015 Regular Batch are still open until October 31st, 11:59 PM Server Time.

Web Development Team
- A developer on the team was assigned the task to create an Accepted/Conditional Queue Files page.
- Web Development Tasks will continue to be assigned this week.

Batch
- One Winged Angel finished lead notes for Phase 1, Set 2 of the High FGO Special Batch.
- Silvuh drafted a policy on submission transfers for special batches. This is still to be finalized, although it can currently be used for special batches open for submissions.
- Silvuh has determined lead judges for the first four sets of the November 2014 Batch. Now veteran judges need to be determined; the veteran judge for set 3 has been determined.
- bmah finished retrieving genres for the September 2014 Batch.
- Submissions for Phase 2 of the High FGO Special Batch are closed.
- Submissions for the September/October 2015 Regular Batch are closed.
- DossarLX ODI put together a plan to allow GM staff to update the Batch Search Engine. The Batch Search Engine link should be changing sometime this week, so stay tuned.

Web Development Team
- DossarLX ODI finished defining some more tasks. The FFR Wiki Tools task definitions are fine for now; there still remains a Crossover Spectrum site task to be defined.
- Web Development Tasks will continue to be assigned this week.

Batch
- Later this week DossarLX ODI will review the lead notes One Winged Angel has for Phase 1, Set 2 of the High FGO Special Batch.
- One Winged Angel will try completing Phase 1, Set 3 lead notes for the High FGO Special Batch later this week before he leaves on November 14th.
- Since One Winged Angel will be gone from November 14th to the end of November, I will be a lead judge for Sets 4 and 5 of Phase 1 for the High FGO Special Batch.
- DossarLX ODI drafted two new policies: Pending Conditional Queue Fixes and Rating Appeal. DossarLX ODI will discuss with Silvuh about finalizing these policies to put on the New Judgment System Document. The Special Batch Transfer Policy also needs to be finalized.
- Conditional Queue Fixes that are currently labeled as Pending will start to be reviewed later this week by Silvuh (non-High FGO Special Batch files).
- Silvuh and gameboy42690 finished reviewing Set 4 in the November 2014 Batch on November 4th. DossarLX ODI will look into why these notes haven't been posted yet.
- psychoangel691 will post some lead notes for the Official Tournament Special Batch Wednesday evening. Details about this will be posted in the Official Tournament Special Batch Thread.
- DossarLX ODI will look into suggested file transfers for the Official Tournament Special Batch.
- More planning will continue this week as Sprint 7 starts 11/11/15 for the Judgment Team and schedules are becoming more limited. Sprint 6 is slightly outdated, so this planning is necessary to clean up the backlog as it's messy right now.
- Judges for the first four sets of the November 2014 Batch have been determined. Details of this can be seen in the subtasks below.

Web Development Team
- DossarLX ODI has assigned tasks related to FFR Wiki Tools to the team.
- A demo for an initial wikicode generator concept should come later this weekend.

- One Winged Angel completed Lead Notes for Sets 2 and 3 in Phase 1 of the High FGO Special Batch. He will not be available for the rest of November.
- DossarLX ODI provided reviewer notes for Set 2 although he has a file in that set so TC_Halogen will still need to look over that file.
- DossarLX ODI will put aside Set 3 Reviewer Notes for Phase 1 in the High FGO Special Batch for now to look into the Pending Conditional Queue Fixes for the High FGO Special Batch.
- Silvuh has one file left to finish a reviewer task for Set 4 in November 2014.
- DarkZtar finished lead notes for Set 1 in November 2014.
- psychoangel691 has put up notes for 5 files in the Official Tournament Special Batch, and they can be found in the thread.
- Hakulyte will cover difficulty ratings until One Winged Angel returns the beginning of December.
- Silvuh is handling grad school related work right now, so he won't be available for a few days.

Web Development Team
- AragakiAyase finished creating an initial wikicode generator page for song templates related to the FFR Wiki. A live demo can be seen here.
- blanky! is still working on functionality for requesting an NPS generator image so in the future that can be used for the wikicode generator page.
- Terry is still working on the Task Progress Page.

- Reviewing the three new drafted policies has been reassigned to bmah.
- TC_Halogen has lead notes for 13 files out of the current 21 submissions to the Official Tournament Batch. He still needs to look over the outstanding file in the High FGO Special Batch Phase 1 Set 2.
- Silvuh is still resolving some personal commitments and should be back up to speed around the middle of this week to finish his reviewer task for Set 4 in the November 2014 Batch.
- High FGO Special Batch Phase 1 Set 4 Lead Notes has been assigned to gameboy42690.
- One Winged Angel will be returning from his trip in the beginning of December.

Web Development Team
- blanky! finished implementing the functionality for retrieving the image from the nps generator tool to display on a web page.
- Terry is still working on the Task Progress Page.
- A new task has been assigned across three developers (KillerScythe0, justin_ator, and blanky!) for extending the FFR Wiki Tools Wikicode page to obtain level information from the levelstats page. They will determine how the task will be split upon themselves.
