the rhythm gaming community totally has to jump ship though since it kinda depends on pirating music (especially osu and stepmania, bms should be fine)

None of my VODs have been picked up for audio infractions and I'm pretty sure I've streamed a bunch of copyrighted music in my runescape streams

sniping a name doesn't mean shit
just do like StaiainSM or something, who cares? you don't own any rights to the name whether you like it or not, thats a fact of life. things are a little different for corporations with trademarks and the like.

after all, the only thing people care about is who the livestreamer is, and if you stream under a different name and let your viewerbase know about it then you wont really miss anything, its annoying but it is what it is

i was lucky enough to grab Wafles, and I was kind of surprised, its usually pretty rare that I get that name on any established site
