Anyone who says Tobacco smells bad has never smelt the various types of Pipe Tobacco.

Really, if you pass by a Pipe Tobacco shop, take a few minutes to smell the different types of tobacco. You'd be very surprised how TOTALLY AWESOME they smell. I am serious.

For those of you wondering, yes, I do smoke. But only Pipe Tobacco, and passively. It is a social thing. At most, I will smoke once a week. It really is relaxing.

I happen to love the smell of pipe tobacco and cigars, and for some reason, those don't bother my asthma very much. I also think most clove cigarettes smell good, too (though those bother me as any other cigarette does). However, I think this debate has been going on about common cigarettes that are encountered most frequently and in places where it's less-avoidable (as in, if you're going to be around pipes or cigars, you can usually expect it and avoid it, but walking down the street passing someone who is smoking is different).

I agree, I like the smell of weed too. Smells like it belongs on a pizza. AND IT SHOULD! LOLZ. Seriously kids, dont smoke the weed, it makes you stupid...though there is no evidence to back that up. here's a quick reality check for all the athletes who smoke and think that smoking doesn't harm them-

You say you can do so good while smoking? Think about how much better you would do without smoking. Seriously, I know that there are some marathon runners who smoke a pack a day and still win. They can go on and on for days about how they love to smoke and still win. I'll bet though that if they didn't smoke and never started smoking, they would be in the olympics by now.

Has anyone who smokes made any attempt at all to see whats inside each cigarette? There's so many poisons that it's not even funny. And I'm not just talking about what gets said over those tv commercials, I don't know how much of that is true. But still, read a list if you can find one- you'll probably think twice the next time you smoke.

there's one question I have though- I have heard that most of those poisons are just byproducts of the manufacturing of the cigarettes, is this true or not. I'm pretty sure the answer is yes but I can't remember for fact.

I know that Cigarette Tobacco is very dry and crunchy as opposed to GOOD Pipe Tobacco which is really soft. I dont know if that means anything, it is just an observation I have made. However, I would like to think that most of those poisons are just byproducts of the manufacturing of the cigarettes.

Also, just to clarify for those who may not know, you do not inhale when smoking with a pipe of cigar like to do with Cigarettes.

well id like to make a few quick comments about marijuana

1) it does effect your mental abilities (creating intelligent comments, or doing work)
2) people always say "omgomgomg weed is worse then ciggies ololol"

Guess what, people smoke about a pack a day, on average the addicted smoker smokes about that much. but people who smoke weed smoke like once a day if you are a heavy smoker, and only smoke a gram or 2 unless you are fucktarded.

But weed in comparrison to the average ammount of cigarettes consumed a day is less harmful for the body.

as for the impared comment that jursey loves to bring up. It doesnt effect you that god damn much. It makes you high yes, but its sure as hell a lot different then being drunk. You can drive/control yourself when stoned. Being drunk is a little tougher controlling youself (lolol 12 shots of rum.. try walking! [the spins suck] ) i found that i can control my thoughts and keep my decision making in check. I was completly smashed off my ass, but i could talk relativly normal and my thoughts were really clear.

anyways what im trying to say is that weed really isnt as bad as cigarettes in terms of health. But because alcohol gives you the spins it can really really fuckup your driving abilities. Weed on the other hand doesnt impare your vision, or sense of balance (well maybe a BIT, but i really do mean a little little bit).

ive never drivin while stoned or while drunk but if i had to drive while stoned id do it, but id never ever drive while drunk. ever.

So out of the three , weed is the least harmful, alcohol is second most harmful and cigarettes are the worst because they have no effect except "preserve (kill) your lungs", stupid formaldehyde.
