        Wow, the men's 4x100m free swimming relay just now was epic. USA was behind France at the final stretch but ended up pulling off one of the best performances I've seen by just edging out France with a come-behind win and taking both the world record (by 4 secs!) and the gold. You should have seen Michael Phelps's face when they won, I could only think of "SPARTAAAAAAAA!!!!!!" when he was yelling. What a rush.

                    Phelps has got his two hardest events under his belt and he WR'd them both. Looking good so far.

                        I was pretty amused with Phelp's reaction to the race.
                        Still, that was an amazing comeback. Also, who would have thought that so many teams would break the previous World Record?

                            The 4x100 Free Relay was nothing but spectacular. That was one of the most amazing comebacks I've ever seen. Gold didn't even seem remotely possible until the last fifty meters. Lezak performed amazingly well; that was one of the best anchor performances I've ever seen.

                                    This is why you should take off important things before playing volleyball. It's sad that one of the athletes lost something dear to her, but you know, it's kinda her fault for not taking off that wedding band before performing in the Volleyball event. However, it's pretty nice that they were able to find it.
