I still don't understand why people are up in arms about not being able to post porn. We can pretty much post anything else in TGB, and it's not like you can't find a different board that'll let you post nudie pics if that tickles your Johnny

it takes 3 seconds to delete the ".jpg," which will turn your direct link into an indirect link and that's well in the 5 Second Window; it's close enough to an indirect link to be a bannable offense

If people want to go SEARCH for it, that's their problem -- in your case, it's not presented in front of them -- they have a direct image that shows the content a user intended on posting and now they're trying to modify it to see something else: just like how it's not a bannable offense on this site for any single user in this thread to randomly google search pornographic sites to watch whatever they want, it's not exactly within our constraints to be like "OH YOU CAN CLICK THREE LINKS AWAY FROM A PROVIDED IMAGE TO GET TO PORN, PERMABAN" -- it's just a matter of policing anything that can be immediately seen.

EDIT: what exactly happened to FFYa again? why can't you guys who can't respect the rules just go over there?

As someone who has been in the professional male porn industry for the last 4 years, I can agree that no porn should be posted on a site such as this. It has no reason to be here. Besides, I have shown this website to 13 year olds who love it. I rather not have them exposed to crude material on this website.

It's not that people are going to be making threads saying "yo, check out this totally hot vid i just found" but that they can post stuff like "Hey, did you guys see that American Airways accidentally tweeted a porn pic? Here's a screencap:" without getting banned for an entire year.

Our local news station tweeted it and their article had the photo censored, so it's just a matter of finding an article in good taste

I agree with this (a little bit). Getting banned because you want to share something interesting to fellow forum goers is pretty extreme, but I think everyone (whether they play FFR or are not even remotely interested with rhythm games) should realize that this forum is for FFR the game.

If this forum wasn't, I'd be totally cool of seeing someone post funny nude pics.
