i personally have tons of issues with how the administration bans people, but to see someone like cetaka get banned for supposedly posting a nude picture/vid/whatever is bullshit.

he didnt get banned for that reason idk what reason he told you. lol


well anyway id have to say that i understand why porn is banned on the forum. if it were an 18+ forum and/or private, then yea i would think differently. tgb is private but the rules aren't 18+. i think if an age rule like that were set in tgb, porn should be allowed there. but it's not. so whatever.

That doesn't make it OKAY, the -LEGAL- age in most areas for porn is 18, in some states 19 or 21 I hear as well, that means ITS NOT OUR BUSINEsS what people below that age do, but we cannot ILLEGALLY provide them with porn. Anyway I think the points have been made and I am gonna look to get this le closed now.

choof pretty much addressed this in the best way possible, so to close a thread because of feds is completely idiotic. The internet's full of illegal activities everywhere, so to say we can't do one of them while we do others is beyond me.

Direct means it appears when the page loads instead of being inside a spoiler. FFR doesn't need to deal with legal issues surrounding 18+ content. If you want to post NSFW content you should do it somewhere else.

if you guys want to be left alone on FFR's forums, don't post pornographic imagery, even if it's scant. Otherwise, mods are completely in the right for infracting and banishing you from the forums.

as I've said before, and I'll say it again here: the rules posted in the announcement on the forum are sitewide -- all forums listed are part of FFR as a whole and therefore are technically subject to the same rules; just because moderators are slightly less lenient on TGB doesn't make it alright to post whatever you want.
