Best video game ever made? - Flash Flash Revolution
What do you guys think is the best game ever made?
Mine would have to be The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time.
Mainly because I grew up playing it for hours and hours, when I first got the game, I thought the graphics were incredible. The music in Zelda games never disappoints either. This was the game that started my love for the series. Being that I was only 8 years old when I first got this game, it was challenging as hell when I first got it. I honestly still play this game and I have a file with almost every single side quest finished, without a walkthrough.
Has a great story. Turn based battle system which I prefer. Additions in the game which put an added effect into battle. The leveling system makes you need to level up at each place in order to stay ahead but not too much. This way you don't blow through the game but you don't have to spend hours leveling in one place if you don't want to. Animations and cinematics are great even beyond the time the game was made. Some sidequests to give you a break from the main story but not so much that you feel there is more sidequest than main story. That's all i'll put for now.
1st Place D3 SocoNhydro's Tournament of Eternity! (June)
3rd Place (x1 Speed) D2 FFR Classics Short and Sweet Tourney
1st Place D1 Cold Kitten and Xx{Midnight}xX Present: The Tournament Of Immortality
2nd Place D1 xBBx's and T-Force's Short and Sweet Tourney
2nd Place D1 King's and Takedown's Tournament!
i love the fighting style as well as the story. the merge between Disney and Squaresoft and revolving storylines between the Disney movies and the life of Sora is great. just and overall great game oh and great music Yoko Shimamura <3
Jk, best game ever would have to be...Donkey Kong mainly because it brings me back nostalgic moments of how an arcade game felt. Now, you just see arcade machines that gambles :<...and occasional DDR machines with malfunctioning pads (well, where I'm at hehe...). Though Pong is still on my top 3. Right behind Donkey Kong would be Knuckle's Chaotix hehe...
Legend of Dragoon for me. Still haven't beaten it (4 disc playstation game lol)

I have beaten it a few times but i'm stuck on my game right now at the end of disc 2. I'm way above level and stuff but it freezes during a cinematic and I have been able to get past it.

let me guess, the sea dragon thing? you NEED a playstation 1 to play past this. Playstation 2's eye gets dull and can't read psx black discs.
@sakura: it's a really long game. About 48 hours or more gameplay across 4 discs. It's quite impressive for a playstation 1 game.
