You missed my point entirely. Is FFR the "real world?" No. If it is, you have some major problems to sort out. And about avoiding people... can I say EMO???? Your expectation of a friend is somewhat of a spoiled person's definition. You will almost never find a person like that, especially on the Internet. It is even hard to find someone like that in real life, and I'm taking it you dont' have a lot of friends then if that is what you consider a "friend". Yes, you should base your actions on what you believe, but if your actions reflect that, does that mean you believe in being a pussy who runs away from his/her problems? Contradictory? I think so. And, I never made a big deal or anything out of it. I only had mentioned that I even lost it because jackasses were joking about it and I said they can't joke about it anymore. Random girl? Unless they are already your friend, they all are strangers... Meeting someone online is just like anywhere else. You could meet someone at the mall and they could be in town for a week.
