Sorry that I'm not very knowledgable about MapleStory. Excuse me for trying to answer a post.

In general (as in, in real life, not just with games), if you don't know 100% for sure, don't give people advice. One clueless guy telling another clueless guy about something just spreads false info and makes everybody clueless.

PS: If that magician d00d is your first character, you're doing fine. BUT, MAKE SURE TO MAX THE SKILL "IMPROVING MAX MP" AS SOON AS FRIGGIN POSSIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! =P

I seriously need help on Maplestory. I have D/Led the .EXE client for Mapleglobal for the first time in over a year due to lack of internet access. When I finally got it installed, I went to run it, and a pop-up that said 'Failed in finding proper screen mode for Gr2d'. I'm at a complete loss. I have no idea what this is supposed to mean or how to fix it, and when I contacted Mapleglobal via Inqueries, the only reply I got back was 'Sorry. I don't know how to help you.'
I have had the biggest Maplestory craving since I bought my PC, and now that I have a cable modem, it falls just past my fingertips.

Click the "Setup" icon in your Maplestory folder.

That brings me to 30 mil. I love inflation, I'll hate it when I have to buy scrolls at level 90 >.> Overall dex is like 4 mil now, no joke. It's ridiculous.

Leveled for the first time in over a month, 56 now. It seems like I'm getting back into this so I'll probably start grinding again. Zombies were fun after my break.

I'm pretty sure that Wraiths would give you better exp rate than Coolies. Have you given them a try?

considering my options its either master chronos which give me about 9% per hour, wraiths that bore me (and about 17/20 channels are hacked), so im either ksed by another class or cleric.

i got annoyed at masters so i went to zombies and they give me about 15% per hour, decent drops, and good money >_> so im happy, for now XD

i dont think the game changed much since u were a level 53 cleric? O_o or has it?

Plus, since my friends are never on on weekdays I don't chat, and I don't need to report since I maxed out MP Eater - I used 4 elixers last hour at coolies, and that was considering the fact that I only used them cause I was stunned -_- Plus, I'm already at the map when i login, so its a pure hour of grinding. O_o

I've been considering of going full-blown Spearman/DK on my warrior. Although I originally planned to become a Page/WK, this time with using this Fish Spear... I've just had a, well, "connection" with it. Also, I'm considering putting all SP into SB rather than PS. Thoughts?

PS: Nearing 300k. That may be good, since I may need it for weapon upgrading (aka I'm trying to get a maple spear).
