Goddamnit I hate EXP whores who do over 100 damage a hit yet never accept the fact that they are strong enough to move on from damn snails and those wierd green blobs >_< It pisses me off. Then I have to find a out-of-the-way location which takes 10 minutes to get to only to find crappy spawns and stuff.

I restarted my account, and it seems that I'm doing well now.

BTW in my first account I rose up my ATK power so that I can rise up my levels easily.

If you're becoming a Mage, YOU NEVER TOUCH STR OR DEX. The rule is always:

Every Level up, you should add 4 Int and 1 Luk.

Now I know some of the players here are pure Int users and I think they get like a +50 MP increase than other because of the pure Int, but I'm not to sure about that.

Pure int makes you more powerful in the end, but you can't wear any good equips (except a yellow umbrella at level 40.)



Anyway.. I decided I need to make some money again, so I boat'd to Ossy, and have been training on Jr. Cellions, which I found out are ice weak. I can 1hk them about 25% of the time. I made 150k and 900 horns using only about 30 pots total, and I got 20% exp. I'll probably do this for all of level 48, then go back to Lorangs next level. Or maybe I'll just keep on with the Jr. Cellions, since I've gotta wait for Noah and Chris at Level 50 anyway. Then I won't have to go back and forth twice (For El Nath at 50)

No. If you want the next set of equips, then you add luk when it's needed. This is what I do but with dex on my sin. Example: It's now 1 dex per level instead of 2. However, I don't add 4 luk 1 dex every level. Why? It makes me weaker. I will go all dex on levels 49 and 50 though, so I can get the next set of equips. Get it? I have that extra luk for power each level before that.

I remember the guy from FFR who made a character with even stats, then got mad because he couldn't get ANY advancement at level 10 rofl. I don't remember who it was though.

Wait so you mean I should be adding just pure Int at Level 32, since I already have 33 Luk? The next big equip from here is a Chaos Robe which I'll need to be getting soon. Time to check Basil Market.....

TO ALL OF YOU PEOPLE TALKING ABOUT STATS:

Always raise your main stat the most. The secondary stat is main just for equipment, and doesn't raise your power nearly as much. Especially for mages, it's important to have as much INT as possible. For example, I don't even have enough LUK to use my arc staff, but my robe provides +1 LUK, so as long as I wear both I can have more INT and everybody is happy. More INT means more power, more accuracy, and more MP every time I level up. Chromer, if you did one LUK every level up until now, I will most assuredly have more MP than you when we're at the same level. In fact, what level are you now and how much MP do you have? I may have a screenshot of me at that level that I can use for comparison, so let's see.

Well, today really pissed me off.... Because I'm on a slower computer, ms lags really bad. I thought I could live through the lag, but I ended up dying 5 times... 50% down the drain for me.... Now I really want to raise my luck because it reduces the amount of exp lost after dying...... At least I made a lot of money.

Look at the bottom. And really about the whole more MP thing, at the moment I don't really care. My Luk is at 33 right now so I do have enough to put on a Chaos Robe so I might just put all 5 APs into Int at Level 32 but other than that, I'm sticking to the formula.

Well, why would she sell the Ilbis??? Does anybody know any monsters that have excellent drop rates for pots other than stirges because I'm spending WAY too much on pots.
