I had the same problem Chromer did, Squeek. I picked the wrong channel, then it "DC'd" me only not really since it said I was still logged in.

I came back later and I could log in fine.

Yeah, some people on the MS forums were being helpful for once (I was amazed) and they said that for some reason the connection is helped by having more people on the server, so I just joined onto channel 2 and it worked just fine. Don't see why the nearly empty servers would boot me out, but I could get on 2 and then I switched around later. It was coo~

PS: I have APLE TORY, but that's all. How rare are these damn things, and what drops them!?

In other news.. Stephen, the level 107 cleric, highest in Scania, got deleted. He started a new account, and is making a sin by the same name.

Why?

Not only why did he get deleted, but why did he make an assassin?

Why'd he make an assassin? That's anyone's guess. He was tired of being a cleric I guess.

I have a Colorful Tube. +11 Jump. The only downside is that it makes you look really really fat.

Though my pride and joy is my Emergency Rescue Tube which I got myself. +151 HP.

...come to think of it, all my Tubes are +1 over average in the primary stat. Funyuns.

btw dont ask me why im in Mushroom Garden, with all the rumors as to what dropped M and S, i began to try EVERYTHING =P (dont worry guys, ive killed thousands of zombie mushies too and havent seen an M or S yet -_-)

I saw somebody with an M and he said it took him ages to get. He found it at pig beach. That is where I have been looking, and training noobs while getting fame. Big plus for me!

From what I hear, it's Green Mushrooms, Orange Mushrooms, Slimes, Red Snails, and regular Pigs that drop the M and S. Nobody can confirm anything though.

I still haven't gotten them...

Wow, another one of my friends just found an S from the green mushrooms. It is confirmed that at least the green mushrooms and the pigs drop the M and the S. Extremely rare. I guess that would explain why there are so many people at henesys hunting ground... I have every letter except for M and S, I'll search for those tomorrow.

I saw an S dropped from a fire boar, and while I was asking around for what drops the M, an assassin told me he got one from a drake.

So this level 48 thief who was throwing steelies asked me how I was doing so much damage. I'm level 47.

His stats are:
5 str
85 dex
5 int
175 (165+10)

Mine are:
4 str
80 dex
5 int
178 (166+12)

But, that couldn't be it. This guy has an 8 attack work glove. He had told me his attack: 88 ~ 423 (or 453, don't recall). Wtf? Mine is 118 ~ 376. Why is his minimum so much lower than mine? I kept asking him what his skills are. I told him I had maxed critical and 5 mastery. He finally got around to telling me his skills. He's like max l7, nimble, keen. Okay. But what are your second level skills? What is your claw mastery at? He's like huh, what? What's that? You mean dagger? Then, here's the rest of the convo.



He then added me to his buddy list and I told him to give me his steelies (which he wouldn't XD). I never noticed he was a bandit since he was level 48 and throwing stars. *shakes head*

I don't see how idiotic people can play the game enough to get past level 40. O____O And it's not even like this game is hard to understand.


Again, MMOs (and the internet in general) make me worry for mankind.

Lol, I came back to FFR to see if this thread was still open (assumed it was b/c its a sticky) when i hit lvl 70 because this is where i originally found out about MapleStory.

As for "M"s and "S"s I didnt get to play long yesterday but right before *edits*i LOGGED off OF MAPLE my friend (WHO IS A real life FRIEND AND lives about 4 blocks from me) *stops editing* found an S on an orange mushroom. This is enough proof for me, maybe not enough for some.

So that is what i will be doing today~Killing Green mushies, orange mushies, and pigs. Hey, ive already found a white chaos robe looking for letters on zombie mushies, might as well find a panlid too ;D lmao

Ill post back if i find an M or S and tell what dropped
