We should write an ffr guide, like a main guide, not of opinions, but that can show you different routes and everything, teach you what's stupid and all that. That would be coolio.

btw in case you dont know, my newest char is ManaElixer.

The only characters you should still have on your list are ManaElixer and GinAndJuice
    (35 cleric, 43 bandit)

Final Attack is a retarded skill for Hunters, Crossbowmen, and Spearmen of both sort.

Archers - Final Attack gets you killed. Say you're killing two enemies. You DoubleShot one, Final Attack activates, and you're still standing there just waiting to be hit.

It's like taking 3 seconds to fire one shot.

Spearmen - Your third job skills don't work with Final Attack. You won't be using Power Strike or Slash Blast at all, so there's no point in this skill. Instead, people choose to max both Masteries and Boosters with Hyper Body, leaving 11 meaningless points into Iron Wall. This way you can just switch between using Spears or Polearms and max both Spear Buster and Polearm Thrasher since one is better than the other in certain situations (though Buster generally owns).

The problem with this skill is that putting one point into it means you have to max it.

Still truckin' it to 80. 75% right now.

And for anyone who needs a mage guide, I have one stickied on Sleepywood.

Eric, I solo'd a mom at 45. It was easy. Costly, but easy.

Actually, if you had lots of pots, you could have done it even easierly at 45 than I did.

Update: about 30% on 46. I haven't played much lately because of robotics (we got owned tonight... and at our own school... if anyone cares). I'll be playing a lot more in the next few days. In fact, I should level at least once by the time Monday rolls around.

Trained at Lorangs with Jason, that was pretty cool. Haste + lorangs = yay.

          I also am now the proud owner of 4 Korean fans. 2 47s, 1 50, 1 51.

OMFG I have a bit of news for everyone.

            1. Tonight I finally hit Level 31 while PQing with Vash. It was a sad and tearful goodbye as I left PQing for a long long time. I finally put the 3 SPs in Fire Arrow and I guess I'm glad. So, with my new found skill, I decided I wanted to go see the Jr. Rog tonight. I tell Vash and Vash says he'll see me later...

            2. Which leads to the next bit of news. Vash, like the n00b he is, decides to quit the PQ at the moment to go with me to see the Rog. We pick up a Cleric on the way and begin to make our way down the Ant Tunnel to the Rog. At the beginning, it was all cool as we Magic Clawed our way through the Zombie and Hornie Mushes. Then we entered one part of the AT I never been in: with Evil Eyes and Jr. Boogies. Needless to say, all three of us got our asses handed to us by ONE JR. BOOGIE. We all had our skills sealed, our jumps sealed, and our accuracy lowered. After about 10 minutes, we killed the Boogie and moved on.

So now we are going down these long tube like caves with even more Evil Eyes. We have fun getting hit by them and making facial expressions and what not. Then we finally get to the Land of The Cold Eyes. Me being such an idiot, tryed using my Level 3 FA on a Cold Eye. BIG MISTAKE. The thing raped me before Vash and the Cleric could save my tail. So we continue onwards down to the Rog. We run into some massive Jr. Drakes and Cold Eyes and we run like hell, until we finally reach the Door to the Sanctuary. We go inside and run again from the Ice Blasts and Cold Eyes until we finally reach Sanctuary I.

This was it. It was almost time to meet Jr. Log (LOL). Me, Vash, and the Cleric begin to go down the rope until we stare right into the face of a Tauromacis,

"SHI!", Vash yelled as we scrambled back up the rope to our tiny platform.

Suddenly Vash gets this really nutty idea of going to Channel 1 for some strange reason. The Cleric and I like idiots follow him to Channel 1. Next thing I know, I'm outside of the Sanctuary door and I go back inside.

"Vash where are you?" I asked in fear.

"Oh, I made it to Sanctuary III and then I died," replied Vash.

            Silly N00b.

So me and the Cleric are the only survivors. We enter the portal and we jump down. BOOM. The Cleric, automatically dies from a wound inflicted by a Tauromacis for 593 damage. I, with Magic Guard maxed, survives and jumps on top of a rope. I was the last survivor. I knew If I could jump again, I could make it to where Vash died. My luck wasn't with me at that moment. At the last moment, a FRICKING GAY ASS N00B HUNTER uses Arrow Bomb, which disturbs the Tauromacis and Cold Eyes. They begin to jump and guess who they jump for?

Me. I am instantly raped and I die in Sanctuary II. We all respawned in Sleepywood, where we soaked in the Sauna and ot off the game. Now the moral to that story is:

WHEN THE HELL ARE YOU GUYS GONNA JOIN ME AND VASH TO HUNT FOR THE ROG?

No seriously, that was some of the most fun I've ever had on MS. I was pushing the F2, F5, and F4 buttons the entire time. Now that this story is over, here's some pictures to go along with the story. The top one is with the Cold Eyes and Drakes. The Bottom is exactly 5 seconds after Vash yells the infamous "SHI." LOL

Nice story. Well, I'm in Scania with my archer so i can't really help you guys out... I do have a level 30 F/P mage that I don't use anymore on Bera... Anyways, I was training some noobs when I realized that I almost have 1 million mesos. It was extremely exciting, so I dismissed my party except for one noob and told him to loot for me. I finally got 1 million mesos, and I kept getting more as late birthday presents from friends and such. Still level 35 because I didn't really train today.

Hah, he took the channel 1 idea from me when we tried to get to Balrog. He died, I switched to channel 1, and followed a group of people as they cleared some tauros =P

While not exactly a common question, this is the class that makes pure int wizards most useful, thanks to the fact it can help you fight fire drakes almost 10 levels earlier. While I hear lots of people dissing pure int wizards, I think it's a really great plan to use until around level 50, while most people think it's bad since they consider it as if it is used until level 70+.

Look at it this way: If you get a yellow umbrella, in addition to having 40 more int than a normal mage at level 40, you'll have something like a 30-40 matk bonus. While this advantage slowly slips away at later levels, it can allow you to fight fire drakes with little or no misses at level 45. Imagine if your wizard was 10 levels more powerful than others; quite a useful advantage, eh?

However, lack of common class matk items later on makes the pure int mage less valuable, and infact weaker at higher levels. Indeed, once third job is in the fact that umbrellas can't have booster use on them makes them utterly worthless past level 80.

This is why I believe you can make a pure int wizard up until level 50, then start raising luck. By level 50 you'll be as powerful as a level 60 wizard, and at level 65 you'll be able to use an evil wings like any normal mage. However, thanks to your pure int, you'll have had a much easier time at lower levels.
I am a level 42 pure int mage, and I will more than likely do this.

I have also decided to reveal one of my Broa characters, and he will be a pure int Cold Wiz.

Well, I have decided that I will max FA just to be different. However, I will not max Arrow Bomb because of how crappy it is with Final Attack. Instead, I'll max Power Knockback so that if I'm in a mob, I can knock them back and use FA. Does this sound alright? I know what you guys are saying that it will mess me up, but only in mobs. If I have power knockback maxed, it won't mess me up. Just a build that I thought of this morning although I do not know if it will work or not...

Hahaha, I will come with you next time I'm in Victoria, which will probably be once I hit 47, which will hopefully be sometime this weekend. But yeah, once Eric and I are newly leveled, it will be fun. I've killed macis before, but Eric can help out by freezing and I'll be way more powerful than a few levels ago. And my meditation oughta help out if we're nothing but wizards going down there (we should definitely get Afro involved ).

I would be playing MS right now if I wasn't at home. I oughta be going back tonight, though, so yay.
So I've gone completely slack-ass and haven't done any work on creating games. =(

In less-depressing news, I got a job for an online business (which sells non-electronic games, of all things!) which has taught me a lot about marketing online and all that jazz.

So now I'm on Twitter @NoahWright.
And I write the blog for their website.

Plus I do cool programming in-house that you'll never see. =O

70% to L35 and new equipment. Whoo.

Having a sibling really slows down my leveling rate.

                                Lessee here.

Level 80 Cleric, 30 SP saved.

Level 30 Crossbowman, 1 point into Iron Arrow.

Life is good. Especially when so many of your goals are all met at once. First, I now have 1,000+ base HP (1007). Second, I gained (for the first time) EIGHTY MP this levelup. I get to wear my new gloves, I get to make a new SW signature, and I get so many other spoils for this which make me gleeful.

But instead of celebrating in-game, I'm watching One Piece. Episode 220 FTW.
