I am for sure. My file is pretty much complete, just going to take today to make sure all the little things feel right. I'm gonna submit after work today, once I think its ready. Expect mine tonight.

if someone sends me a song that could easily be stepped i will submit a file for the next round
the one song i'm trying to step (aka the song i was trying to step for round 3) i know exactly what to do with but i find myself unable to place any notes for some reason

You can only determine that to a certain degree. If they are both well developed files you can't really judge something by saying it was more fun then the other, because that is completely dependent on who's playing it.

Either way simfiles should be a gift to the stepmania community to enjoy. Not something to compete and brag over.

I guess I'm forgetting that stepmania isn't a game for fun.

As far as I know this was a friendly competition? Does it matter then? To be Dark Chancellor would be ****ing awesome though because that means the files you make are revered and actual quality stuff.

this whole tourney's scoring system is mostly based on fun value. izzy is quite wrong on this one let alone does he not even play the game


and its quite friendly competition since everyone in the tourney knows each other pretty much and its just cool to see how things turn out. not to take crap seriously and get all teramad over it. besides any files sent here are far from a waste. you can just submit them to xoon 4/dcp2 once the round is over. i usually ask people if some stand out and i want them in.
