also when i said 'official' list i meant something smaller, not just copying the people who registered on the forums because obviously not all those people are dark chancellors haha; i'd nominate all these duders for official recognition, all for singles unless noted otherwise:

edit: damn dude don't get offended lol, its just a taste thing. i know you don't especially care for my stepping style but i'm not gona get upset over it. tranzport is one of my favorite files of all time so yes i'd give him a vote for that. in factoring stuff into whom i'd vote for having made one of my favorite files obviously ranks above having a big list of files i'd call 'okay.'

the best out of those you listed imo are:
cosmic orchestra (your one great file for me and even this was overhauled by a couple people)
disconnected hardkore (nice for scoring?)
zelda (c'mon though lol)
chiptune superstar (well done but doesn't stand out)
haven't played the dc chips one but ppl said its good so that too

I was going to do something by Utabi but felt that it would have compelled people to compare me to ap.

No... I don't think so. This project is actually a cool project. Its a cool way for someone to be inducted into the DC, and get new artists to learn from their mistakes and get better.

even if i dont like your files puppet i know they're very well made and stand out as quality simfiles. saying i'm not worthy of being a dark chancellor for singles files would be upsetting..

i can say by a normal unknowing and homemade simfilemaker , good gamer by the way , that i dont see in what the "darkchancellor" titles is useful for?

make you more cool in all way lol

and be a artist its not a titles, its a way of life
no need to be in DC to be a artist

also, if kraezy and oubliette are the only people from the losers bracket to submit files for round 2, that means i'm the only person in the losers bracket who will have to face someone in round 3 assuming i lose

my list was genuinely just a list of people who make files i love to play, so sorry if it came across as insulting =(

think about it though i excluded lots of 'established' people just because i personally don't like their files, i was kinda expecting other people to post their own super biased lists and we could cross-reference them or w/e :#
