Theoretically the engine can handle negative stops and BPM, but if you do something like make a note that is later in the file (chart-wise) come before a note earlier in the file or overlap notes from different time-frames, it'll likely crash when trying to convert. I'd stick to stops if I were you, and even those won't show up on FFR's Cmods. Basically, no gimmicks on FFR files.
